Not what I ordered. Shameful they would send a substitute.

Keto formula by Ingredient Science and billed me as Healthy continued to send more shipments that I did not request when I paid for and received my first test bottle. Not such a great deal as I had to pay for return shipping and just hope they refund the 126.00 they charged me! Be warned!

I used keto Shred to help me get healthy from chronic fatigue, overweight and weakness. I take at bed to have less stomach upset. I lost 31lbs. I've switched to straight Forskolin 1200 mg a day after my trial bottle and contjnue to lose weight. Now I will try BHB in plain supplement to see which is better.

I almost died as a result of taking this supplement. I started taking it because it promised to improve energy and sleep, as well as helping to regulate my weight. I have chronic insomnia and am often exhausted as a result. Within four days after starting on it, I started experiencing overwhelming negative emotions and vivid intruding thoughts of suicide and self-harm. I didn't connect it at first to the supplement, but a week later I forgot to take it for a couple days, and the symptoms immediately cleared up. In a follow-up visit with a doctor, I was told that it's known to be psychologically active, so it's plausible that it may have caused those symptoms. A friend who was helping to keep me alive that week told me that my behavior was completely different from anything they'd ever seen from me before -- that even in my lowest of lows I have never been like this. I use Keto Burn Bhb formula, I love it. It controls my out of control hunger and I'm losing weight for the first time ever.

I use Keto Burn, I take it once I start keto state. Usually after 12 hour fast then eat at 16 hour. I'm not hungry, my sugar is steady, been using for 2 weeks now I've lost 5lbs. I feel great, better then ever. I only walk as once a day as exercise due to an injury. I know everything works differently for everyone. I was reluctant at first only took half dose for a few days and worked up to full dose as directed on the bottle.

When combined with Keto diet and moderate exercise, it accelerates weight loss during the first couple weeks of use. When taking, I don't feel as hungry. Effects seem to diminish after 15-20 days of use.

Save your money doesn't work,waste of money

The Keto BHB that has been advertised over the internet due to its acceptance by "Shark Tank" investors is a "FUGAZI". It is a fraud, a fake, a useless drug cocktail. I have an M.S. in Biology, with a specialty in human physiology. I have been on a self-designed weight loss regime and have lost 35 lbs without any chemical supplements. However, I did recently reach that inevitable plateau phase that occurs during weight loss. I decided, after seeing the "Shark Tank" entrepreneurs invest in the company and numerous internet advertisements and testimonials to give it a shot, in the hope of breaking through the plateau to get down the final 15 lbs. I ordered the one-month "free sample" and took the two (2) pills (not one as advertised) religiously followed by 8 ounces of water just before bedtime. After one month of maintaining my original program, not only had I not lost weight I had gained back two (2) lbs. In my opinion, this product is a complete waste of money and time. I have not lost a single pound using this supplement! My diet consists of strictly steak, fish, and vegetables, daily. I alternate the fish and steak every other day. Supplemented with tons of green vegetables twice daily without losing any weight, period. This is just another weight loss scam! Pure BS.

I have had severe stomach and muscle pain since being on this supplement. After going for a CT scan to find the cause of my pain and getting a negative result I tried going off the supplement for a few weeks. The pain disappeared. I tried it again and bingo, same pain. I've thrown them in the bin, I will not risk my health for this stuff.

I have used for about 2 months and have not loss a pound. Instead of lossing I have gain weight. It does not work. Fraud.

Waste of money. Scam
