The kidney transplant medication is making my tryglyerides very high........Omacor has helped some, but I guess it is working against the Prograf. The medication makes me belch up a fishy taste and it sometimes upsets my stomach. I take 2 in the AM and 2 in the PM.

Just a little shortness of breath and that shortness of breath or this medication caused me to have headaches and flu like systems just a general feeling of lousiness. Have tried this med off and on for 2 years and cannot take it eveyday and when I do take it I take only 1 each day with food. When the headaches start and feeling bad start I stop taking it and tried again later to be sure this is what was causing it. So now I'm going to try it 2 times a week with food and see if the headaches and tiredness come back. Read More Read Less

Im 49 y/o male and have a elevated trigly level 3 times of the normal. My regular excercises and diet failed to correct my condition until my cardiologist gave me this drug and has corrected my triglyceride to normaal values just after a bottle of 28 tablets. I have been sharing this experience to my friends and relatives for them to benefit also from this drug.

It makes me sick, I hate the fishy taste, the least they could do it coat it so it does not do that.
