seems each time i take this vitamin, i get pain in my back, just under my kidney area. feels like muscle strain, but can be more severe and lasts quite a long time. it goes and comes. when i stop taking the vitamin, the pain eventually dissipates or gets less severe. i decided to test my theory and try the caltrate again, and the back pain reoccurs. excessive amounts of water SEEM to help for a moment.
