Wish I knew about this sooner!! No side effects what so ever. I am a 60 year old woman who had loss of sex drive, not to mention it hurt even if I tried. This made me feel like a 20 yr old again!!

Been using Estradiol creams for several years. My pharmacy switched to this brand and I started to have problems. Cream worked for few weeks after opening new tube, then stops being effective. Happened with 3 different tubes, amd switching to different pharmacy to get different brand.

I am on my 2 weeks with the pill and I notice the difference the first time I used it! I am not dry down there like a sandbox and my husband also can tell the difference.
I use the pill insert because it is less messy and I don’t have any luck with creams.

Estradiol made me feel like I was on drugs. I used it for two nights and I felt the worst fatigue ever and it made my vagina burn and my face and lips was burning. I don't recommend this cream to no one. It's a killer

I have been using estradiol cream for about 3 weeks. I used 1 gm daily for 2 weeks and now I use 1 gram 3 to 4 times weekly. I had total relief from painful sec by the second week. My body feels normal and sex is enjoyable again. I would also like to mention that I had gone without sex for almost 20 yrs. I stopped having sex when I was 40. I am 59. I had started having menopause symptoms at 51. Just started being sexually active again in July, 2022. I found sex to be painful before estradiol even though I was not dry down there. I guess my vaginal walls had thinned. Now with estradiol I am back to normal. It is definitely worth it. I work out too. Dye my hair and looking good at 59. Feeling confident again.Read More Read Less

After the initial loading dose, I am using 1 g 3x per week. It's an improvement, but wasn't sufficient for the atrophy. After a couple of months, the painful dryness improved, but I still couldn't tolerate a speculum for a pap smear, let alone sex. What tipped the balance to full function was sea buckthorn capsules (google sea buckthorn and vaginal atrophy to see "Effects of sea buckthorn oil intake on vaginal atrophy in postmenopausal women: a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study") and the use of a vaginal dilator to stretch constricted tissue at the opening. I got a yeast infection shortly after starting this. Apparently this is common, but after 6 weeks and 2 dr visits to clear it up, I am done with estrogen cream. I have switched to Vitamin E suppositories (often prescribed for cancer patients who can't get estrogen). I am in the perimenopause phase.

I've been taking this medication for over a month. I'm not as dry as I was prior to taking it but my skin "between my labia majora & labia minora" still easily cracks/tears and is still irritable from time to time.

Sex was painful and my sex drive was low. This started to work right away maybe a week after starting it. It was and is an amazing difference. I noticed no real side affects. I gained some weight after I started it but think it was due to just eating more junk food. I stopped doing that and lost the weight. I really appreciate this medication.

Was told to apply a pea sized amount to the vaginal opening 3x weekly. "Just leave it at the opening with your finger, and your body will know what to do from there." It didn't. It should have melted towards the inside, but instead, it melted outside, covering the urethra. I had a mess every time I urinated after using the product.

This medication caused a bad yeast infection as well as burning and dryness after about 3 1/2 weeks. I am going to try the cream and see if that helps me better.
