My husband has been prescribed Maxidex three times a day. It seems a coincidence that only three days after using it, he's been getting an upset stomach. We've both eaten the same things and I've been okay.

My husband was prescribed Maxidex drops after cataract surgery. He experienced SEVERE pain in his eye immediately after having the drops administered. After approximately 1 week of using these drops we had to call 911 because the pain was unbearable.

After 2 laser surgeries for kerataconus, my son was given maxidex as one of the drops to administer. Now, over 2 years later, he has started to develop cataracts. The surgeon never advised my son this could be a side effect of these drops and it is upsetting now, at 25 years old, he has to go often to be checked to monitor the growth of the cataracts. I would appreciate some feedback on this outcome please??
