The worst. Does not do anything to clear congestion. Ears still hurt. Head. Throat still hurts. Symptoms have not improved. I took 3 of them,... 4 Hours later still waiting for something to kick in. Wishi could return and get my money back or some clariton D ... Very disappointed.

It cleared my sinuses and helped my headache but left me feeling like I had no energy whatsoever and my joints in knees and hips were very achy. Energy returned and joints quit aching as soon as I quit taking the medication.
