My pops and I use the roll-on version ('no-mess') when we have muscle pains and the effect is like magic. The minor to moderate pain seems to vanish and it makes complete elimination of the major pain easy (makes it easier to crack the bones). Greatest advancement in analgesics in recent memory!

I used Icy Hot roll-on one time for a strained muscle in my hip. A few hours later I broke out in a rash. Washed the area to stop the burn, however it has lasted for days. Trying calamine lotion to curb it. Very unhappy with the product.

Not icy or hot when using on my neck or elbow. Not feeling much relief. Bummer, the old version was better.

I have chronic upper back nerve damage that NOTHING helps this very very high level pain except to freeze it all waking hours with ice causing stiffness to the muscles. IcyHot eliminates all pain and when pain reaches its highest peak it reduces it by 95%. I have my life back!!!!

The new application package is difficult to use. Give us back the old application packaging.

My back is so bad, the nuerosurgeon wont touch me. I have had 15 years. Along with pain management giving me shots and pills, this has really helped. I should by stock in it!

Applied Icy Hot pain relief cream after being advised to use topical cream on my groin injury and with the representation of a reputable individual for this product, I chose to do so. After using for under a week, my skin has been left with sever skin burn, welts and the itching it has caused is maddening.

I used the roll on which is real easy, it help my shoulder, so i tried it on my neck, wrist and forearm and it burns real bad, i was able to wash it off my neck and it helped but for my arm and wrist it doesn't seem to help, they need to put on the label a way to get this stuff off fast and to neutralize it, still burning after 3 hours

I recently used the icy hot roll-on on the back of my neck due to a stiff neck strain & this product had burned my skin leaving a ugly mark.
