Brondecon was the only cough mixture that worked on me. My doctor agrees and wrote me a prescription for it. My local pharmacy tells me that it is not available any more in WA. Can anyone help with this or a substitute? Thanks

This medication is/was THE only one that helped with severe bronchial infection as I have asthma. 6 days of azythromycin, symbicort and ventolin has not found me getting a handle on my breathing. I HATE taking any meds, but this was one that worked, used ONLY when I have this sort of issue ongoing, and tho the cough lingers, the breathing never got to this point. Sad to not be able to get this here in Canada any longer. Only someone who has limited breath, can know what this feels like.
