I am amazed how well I sleep with just one Diphenhydramine HCI 25 mg at bedtime. When I first wake up in the morning I have dry mouth and feel groggy for around 20 minutes. I am taking a store brand that was $2.08 for 24 caplets.

Extends the sleep when used with zolpedin. It does not work quickly, thus zolpodin is used to begin the sleep, this is used to complete 8 hours of sleep.
