I'm a 28 yr old female with mild acne on my face and chest. I started using Panoxyl 10 two days ago. Since then I have a severe reaction to this, burning, peeling, red skin which feels sore. That was 2 days into the treatment, I have now have severe dryness patches all over my face as well as the redness. However, my mild acne has eased but at a high price. The condition of my skin is now very poor, and I cannot cover the redness or dryness with makeup. I beleive Panoxyl 10 Gel should not have been sold over the counter as its clearly too strong in some cases. I would not recommend this for mild acne. Read More Read Less

Horrible. My dermatologist recommended this for my acne on my chest and back. I used it one time and my chest, neck, and face broke out in a terrible itchy, burning rash.
