Had a surgery and this has been keeping the pain close to zero. They sent me home with stronger pain meds, just in case, but I haven't needed to touch those at all. The Tylenol they gave me has been doing a fantastic job!

Doesn't leave a bad taste like other products. It slightly helps with back pain but getting rid of head aches seem to be the main job for this medicine.

I had gum tooth pains and gum pains for a couple of weeks. This did work for a while. then it felt as if i had something behind my left eyeball and that this something was pushing on my eye. Huge headaches.

Have back pain and hip pain and arthritis. Works better on me then celebrex and other medications

Works well for me, but causes me to get very drowsy. That however may be a side effect of the fact that I also regularly take Depakote.

Recommended by physician for arthritis- Need to know side effects.

does not help with pain

Broken tooth caused tongue pain (from running tongue over jagged area of broken tooth); after dental work to repair tooth I asked dentist what I could use to help ease discomfort associated with tooth and tongue. He recommended Tylenol Extra Strength. One pill made me feel much better.

After taking this product for many years, it now will cause me to have a terrible migraine. This migraine will last for 2-3 days and no medication at all will relieve it.

I was told (by my doctor) to take this for my headaches and gall bladder problems. I get absoulutely NO relief from this, or any other Tylenol, and I can't take Ibuprofen or NSAIDS. (I'm SEVERLY allergic). It is so annoying!! I have to go to the doctors everytime I'm in pain so I can be put on something that will take away my pain! (I'm not addicted to narcotics... trust me I don't like taking them unless I'm in so much pain I can't stand myself.)

Overall, it works for my pain but, have been getting a dirty urine test for amphetamine (if thats how you spell it) when I know for sure I don't use it in any form. Then I read the part about might cause faulse test results. I would really like to find out for sure if this is the case.

I will be switching meds after this to extra strength midol. These side effects (persistent vomitting, nausea, abdominal pain) are very real I have experienced them each time I need to use the medication. Even if I only take two every 6 hours, as I have done today, it causes intense persistent vomitting. 9 times in one day isn't ok. I'm still miserable.
