I found L. Reuteri a few years ago (refrigerated) and read everything on bottle and talked with a very knowledgeable lady at our nutrition store. I got 90 caps for about $20 (varies +/- ). I asked my doctor about it, and in his research (journals) he said it was felt to be the best of its kind. More recently it was found to lower bad lipids and raise the good (an added bonus). I highly recommend it. But keep it refrigerated (not frozen).
