Just had 1st dose a month ago so iidk any "results" so far. But it sure has put me in bed & sucked out all my energy & appetite. I'm going to go for treatment #2 in a few weeks but if I feel any worse or it's not lowering PSA idk if I'll continue.

My first post was on 5/15/2023. After the two treatments, my father’s hemoglobin declined. A PET scan revealed that the prostate cancer had spread to his skull. He was placed on Hospice just two weeks after that post. The treatments failed and he succumbed to the cancer on June 5, 2023. He was a brave fighter and had been a peptide scientist. He researched his treatments extensively and still, in the end, Pluvicto couldn’t help him.

Extreme continuous pain during and months after treatment (oxycodone didn’t help), with “no” improvement in prostate cancer!

Have aggressive prostate cancer which was diagnosed 17 years ago. Immediately had prostate removed but PSA started going up after a year. Took radiation for a month which fried my plumbing but again my PSA started going up. Have been on more treatments than I can remember (Lupron, Zytiga, etc.) Started Pluvicto and have completed four of the six infusions. With Pluvicto, my PSA went from 8.2 to 1.3 at my last blood test several weeks ago. However, the side effects are tough: extreme fatigue with a general yuck feeling most of the time; dry mouth; vomiting a little; and some loss of appetite but I eat sweets to comfort my misery. I am planning to cancel my next treatment so I can feel better. My doctors said I should determine if I stop the Pluvicto.Read More Read Less

I am 73 years old and have taken 3 treatments. My test results have shown good improvement. I have to be distanced from friends and grandkids for one week after the proceedure. I don't feel better, but this medicine may prolong my life.

74 yo prostate cancer patient during 4th year. It destroyed my dad’s bone marrow and treatment was discontinued after the second treatment. He has no more options. This treatment shouldn’t be used on patients who have low hemoglobin levels or those at end stage.

I have received my 4th infusion. so far after 2 chemos, radiation, prostatectomy, zytiga, yonza, xtandi, this is by far the easiest and least side effects treatment. my PSA started at 6.5 and is now under 1. it's not a cure but it is a life extender.

PSA count has more than double after taking the Pluvicto shot Left very weak Not able to have BM Vomiting all the time Left with dry mouth and hnable to eat much In serious pain- needing pain pills. Not sure how much is from the Cancer of the Pluvicto. But the Pluvicto appears to have accelerated the cancer and it’s side effects Things have definitely gotten worse than better.
