I've been using this on and off for 10 years, now I believe I'm starting to see the side effects. I used to have mild periods, now they're heavy. I used to have short periods, now they're long. I have polyps and fibroids now. Idk if the ring caused the polyps and fibroids but I'm now going to stop taking it. It's effective at preventing pregnancy but not sure if they're completely honest about all...

I use Haloette for birth control and to skip periods and l must say this is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I have tried Lolo(Absolutely hated it) and Tricira-lo ( Liked it but made me emotional and sensitive down there ). Pros No weight gain No acne (My skin is just the same tbh) No bloated stomach No dry vagina No irritation Cons Because I'm skipping my periods if l remove it for a few minutes when in the act or forget to insert a new ring within a day, l start spotting. Unfortunately, it hasn't done much for my boobs if you were wondering haha :)Read More Read Less
