The only issue I have with this drug is getting it filled. The pharmacies are having difficulty getting the drug from there supplier's.

I started Wegovy 4 weeks ago and lost nothing. Then Pen is irritating because you have to push hard to inject. Wish it worked for me.

I have taken this medication (.25) for one month. I have had no adverse side effects. I still enjoy food, but just feel full much more quickly and for a longer period of time than usual. I needed to lose about 30 pounds and have lost 8 pounds in the past month. The only complaint I have is that it took over a month for any pharmacy in my area to get it in stock, and now I can’t get a refill. I paid $374 out of pocket for one month. My insurance didn’t cover any of it.

On my 10th week have lost 30lbs. It really helped with appetite control. I feel like I am making better nutrition choice. I eat small snacks with high protein. I do get nauseous the day after my injection and have trouble drinking water just switched to non sugar flavored.. I set a timer to make sure I am getting enough fluids to prevent the headaches.

Took for weight loss. Lost 23 pounds in 2 months but then not only did I not lose, I started to be hungry all the time. Nausea started. Discontinued. Disappointed.

I’m up to 1.7 mg dosage and the experience was great until I reached 1.5. Diarrhea and bloating completely took over. I’ll stay on it to see if perhaps that was just that’s dosage. The cost without the coupon is in the thousands but if you have the coupon your total cost is $25. My PPO insurance does not cover it and I think $25 is a great price. To be clear it’s $25 total and not $25 off.

I have started very slowly — ozempix in the .25 dose for 8 weeks and then the Wegovy at .50 dose for 8 weeks. I have experienced acid reflux and diarrhea but not terrible. And I have lost 20 pounds in 3 months. I have no desire for food, but when I do eat, I feel drawn to carbs! If it wasn’t for the fact I was feeding a house full of men three meals a day, I probably wouldn’t eat a thing all day. As it is, I sit down with them and pick. It’s worked like a charm and I don’t feel at all deprived. Since I have hit a weight loss plateau my doc is upping my dose this month to the 1.0 . Read More Read Less

Today was my first day. Discovered have hashimoto's thyroiditis and that is why I have gained 40 pounds in the past year. I took shot at 12pm and it is 5pm and I dont feel well at all, dizzy, lightheaded, chest tingling and dry mouth, I do not do well with most meds but praying they subside because the weight loss is definitely needed for health reasons.

Second dose 2nd week bloated, gas high B/P ! 3rd week more the same as second week. Constipation! gastric slow down! Overall disappointed ! I stopped taking it. Not for me. FDA should never had approved such a dangerous drug! Join the gym !

so far I have lost 14 pounds in 10 days. The only side effects I have had are a mild headache, but do feel fatigued. But thrilled with the results and know that pace can't continue but need to keep trying

I have not had many side effects thankfully. I lost five pounds right away, but 10 weeks in I have not lost any weight or seen any changes in my appetite.

I’ve struggled with some vomiting and diarrhea, but noticed that not eating within 5 hours of bedtime, and truly not eating even a bite more when I start to feel full, is the way to avoid vomiting. (I read about bariatric surgery recovery and adapted accordingly.) I struggled with a bit of nausea initially, but now I take Dramamine ahead of the injection and it’s helped a lot. I started on the .5 mg dose and am up to 1 mg, and have lost 25 lbs since Sept 1.

Occasional nausea, but passes quickly. I have lost 3.5 lbs this first week. No real problems at all, injection is easy, in the side of my thigh. Wegovy defiantly helps curb cravings and appetite. Going to keep going as it seems to work well.

I got violently ill from taking Wegovy. I had all the side effects nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, stomach pain, headache, tiredness , upset stomach, dizziness, feeling bloated, belching, gas, and heartburn. I was in the ER 2 times in 24 hours for severe dehydration, non stop throwing up and migraine. Thankfully the vomiting has stopped but now I have diarrhea. The cost of the medicine and copay for 2 ER visits have cost me almost $500. All this was after my first dose of the medicine. Now I have to dispose of 3 months of this stuff. Very expensive lesson learned.Read More Read Less

Had sever vomiting and headaches the first week but then slowly recovered. I have lost 20 lbs in 7 weeks. Has everyone upped their dosage as described in the materials or remained on the same dosage?

I am happy for everyone that is having great results with this but i, unfortunately, did not. I stopped after week 5 because I had gained 18 pounds and was having terrible migraines. Instead of feeling fuller I kept feeling like no matter how much I ate I was still hungry. In an odd and possibly unrelated twist, I have non diabetic hypoglycemia and while taking this my blood sugar was constantly low, I’m talking in the 40s and 50s after eating a healthy meal. The only way to deal with that is to eat so this was a disaster for me all the way around. Read More Read Less

I was started on the o.5mg dose and the nausea started about 2 hours later. I threw up about 6 times throughout the night and had severe nausea with tapering vomiting the following 3 days. I started to feel a little better the day prior to taking my second dose. Again, severe nausea for about 2 days, difficulty concentrating and very dehydrated. I’ve lost 15 pounds in 10 days. I spoke with my doctor who recommended that I go down to the 0.25mg dose for a month but can’t get the medication at the pharmacy due to supply issues. I’m now 2 days past when I should have taken it and back to throwing up again. I won’t be taking this again.Read More Read Less

I think I have tons of side effects. Nausea and vomiting for up to 4 days. Feeling better day before next dose. Also, food sits on stomach for days leaving me with horrible gas and bloating. Alternate between Diarrhea and Constipation. I too have had trouble getting the meds in a timely manner.

I took the highest dose and have been vomiting for over a week. So I’m losing weight but I’m so, so, so sick. Its been completely debilitating. It’s just not worth it.
