I have found after shaking up the bottle to let the bottle then sit for 1 minute, then do my 2 sprays per nostril. This way is more effective for me.

I was allergic to 47 of the 52 allergens tested in 2018. I was beyond miserable twice a year during the 2 peak allergy seasons here in Illinois. After the allergy testing I began getting allergy shots, along with an OTC daily pill and 2 nose sprays. After 1 year of allergy shots I was like a new person who had almost no seasonal allergy symptoms. Fast Forward to January 2024. I was still get allergy shots every 2-3 weeks along with the OTC pill and nose sprays. My Dr gave me Ryaltris to try to replace the 2 nose sprays. Everything seemed fine until recently. Every time the weather would warm up a bit for even a day I was having some sneezing and tickles on my nose. Now that it's above 60 daily, I'm miserable! I feel exactly like I did 6 years ago when I finally went for allergy testing. I went back to my old sprays and after 2 doses am already feeling significantly better. I don't know who this works for (maybe someone with milder allergies), but it was worthless against pollen for me! Read More Read Less

Intermittent runny nose and nasal drip down back of throat and resultant congestion needing regular, annoying to others, coughing up. Not seasonal. Been taking Citrizine for 5 yrs which helped reduce it but still would wake up regularly at night needing to cough up phlegm. And nose would run 2 or 3 times daily.Taking Ryaltris now for 6 days, working perfectly on half dose of 1 puff per nostril twice a day. Thnks Doc for recommending.

The doctor said it would take 3-4 days before any noticeable improvement in nasal congestion and did. But it did work really well. However I stopped using it after a heavy unexpected nose bleed. I now use it with a break every few days.

I am not happy with this product. The nasal spray does not work at all and I have given it 15 mins and still nothing. I wouldn't recommend.
