Have taken three times now but won't anymore. The feeling the next day of extreme tiredness and the stretchy, tingly, restless leg feeling sucks!!!! How do I get rid of these feelings??? This lasts all day for me. Sometimes even longer.

Unfortunately it did not help me in any way with my libido. Very disappointed. I also tried the pill called Addyi and it didn’t help me either.

This was the worst experience of my life
Never been more sick. Puking non-stop, my body is so sore it feels like I was hit by a car. Headache for over 24hrs. Joint pain for over 24 hours. Legs felt crazy weird like I wanted to rip them off my body. DO NOT RECOMMEND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Not worth it and I am left with boxes I will never use again. What a waste.

Took vyleesi about 2-3 hours prior to sex. Felt ok for the first hour or so then got so bauseous I just wanted to go to bed. I felt in the mood a little later but was wore out from feeling so nauseous. Not worth it to me and my husband agreed.

I took this medication at 7 PM last night and waited for something to happen. I guess I was expecting a wave of desire to rush over me, but it was more subtle. About an hour later, I did want to have sex- which never happens for me anymore. I felt kind of tingly on the entire lower-half of my body. The sensation was during sex definitely heightened. I woke up it really tingly feet and a bad headache. I feel like these side-effects were well worth not just being able to enjoy intimacy with my partner, but wanting to again. Read More Read Less

First time user here. I’m 33F. I had my fiancé help me administer the auto injector on my right thigh cos I’m scared of needles sticking it to myself, but when he did it - it didn’t hurt at all and I could see doing it myself. I took it at 430pm. I was observing my side effects and got slight nauseous 15-30mins later. I drank ginger tea that helped with nauseous.
1hr later, still no effect.
130hr in, I felt my feet super sensitive, tickly and tingly?
2 hrs in, I felt a slight sensation around my whole legs.
Slept thru it.
the next morning - still nothing.
I am still hopeful that it will be different the next time I use it again. Read More Read Less

This medicine was absolutely awful for me, it did nothing except make me feel absolutely sick, I vomited three times, and I felt super anxious and awful. It was such an awful feeling all day I am just waiting to feel normal again.

The injection itself was easy and painless. I had mild side effects, including congestion, anxiety, the need to stretch, tiredness, and a slight headache, but it didn’t ruin my day.. The disappointment of getting no sexual effects through the use of this drug is what ruined my day. I actually couldn’t reach climax through self stimulation, whereas that’s usually not a problem. Too bad, so sad. This med was probably created by a man…

Tried this for the first time last night and the only thing that happened was itchiness at the injection site and chest tightness like a slight panic attack that lasted about 10 mins and subsided. Never got the desire, never aroused, nothing. It’s like I never took the drug. Im a nurse so I know how to administer injections correctly so I know I did it correctly however it did nothing but make me itch and panic for 10 mins and then nothing. I did toss and turn all night and was restless because of being hot and cold like most of the complaints here but not sure if it was honestly the med or not. Will try in my leg and if it doesn’t work I give up. Read More Read Less

This drug was horrible for me - I had none of the intended effect but every single side effect on the list and then some, including the worst nausea I've ever experienced, despite a dose of Zofran as recommended.
Approximately three hours after using the autoinjector, I started to get restless legs, pins and needles all over my body, extreme sensitivity to touch, anxiety/panic, hot flushes and cold spells, and then severe nausea and vomiting. This continued throughout the night, with the addition of nightmares and night sweats. It's been about 18 hours now, and my legs feel like I ran a half marathon but the rest of the symptoms have eased. I've seen reviews and testimonials from some women where it worked for them, but unfortunately I'll be tossing the other 7 doses straight in the trash. Read More Read Less

Took this 45 minutes before, as directed, after taking Zofran to counteract possible nausea. No nausea and I started to feel aroused but sex with my husband while pleasurable, did not result in orgasm. Had a very hard time sleeping as clitoris stayed very sensitive. I also developed a cough which hasn’t gone away yet after almost 24 hours. As others have mentioned I felt a very great need to stretch and the clitoral arousal is still present and very uncomfortable. I won’t be using this again as these side affects are almost too much to bear. Glad this works for some people, but I’m going to have to wait for something better to come along.Read More Read Less

Took this at about 730 pm. First I felt very tired like I might not be able to stay awake but that passed in about half an hour. Slight nausea nothing bad at that point. Started to feel the medication working and my husband and I had sex. We both enjoyed it more than we have in some time. So I was ecstatic. Addyi did nothing for me but this worked! But then...the side effects started coming about 3 hours after I had taken the shot and I mean just about every single one I had already read about plus a few I wasn't aware of beforehand. I had read the potential side effects and percent of people who experienced them was all low. Except nausea being the highest at 40 percent so I figured I would be OK as I usually am not one to be super sensitive to medication. I had a bad headache started feeling nauseated again and the restless legs. Omg the restless legs were maddening and continued throughout the night. My eyes were watering my nose was running I started coughing till my stomach contents tried to come up which then gave me heartburn. I was fluctuating between feeling too hot and too cold. My whole body was just feeling like I need to stretch but stretching didn't satisfy the urge. I was still feeling sensitive in my lady parts but I wasn't aroused anymore because I felt so awful. It was just uncomfortable really. I was up most tge night. Very little sleep due to how I felt. I can't see myself taking this again. So I'm feeling worse than ever. Hopeless. This worked but I just can't deal with the long lasting after effects. I would not recommend to anyone. Read More Read Less

Felt super flushed on my face, chest and ears within the first 20 minutes. Then got really tired and then really nauseous. Nothing happened other than that and now 7 hours later I still don’t feel right. This did the opposite of excite me and it is so expensive. They should give the 1st one for free so people can test how their body reacts before spending hundreds of dollars. I have tried both Addyi and Vyleesi neither worked in anyway…. Save your money

I didn't get nausea or anything and 20 minutes after the injection I was definitely feeling it. My issue is I am currently 18 hours past time I took the injection and I still can't close legs without ot making me cringe like it does when you get off, and then touch it again. Also. I haven't had 100% control of my legs since the shot. They keep waiting to give out on me and when I even curl my toes, I feel a huge burst of sexual sensitivity in my twat. I dont know how else to explain it. So basically my waist down has been horrible and overly sensitive since the shot and my legs are weak and wanting to give out... 18 hours later. Please tell me this ends. Read More Read Less

I took my 1st dose last night. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but my life is changed. I’ve read that this medication is supposed to help your desire to have sex. Boy did it- my loins were tingling and just squeezing my legs together gave me pleasure. I almost died in heaven when my husband started touching me. Even hours after sex, it felt like I could orgasm just walking. I’m feeling it wear off now, around 20 hours later. I can’t wait to use it again!

I took this for low sexual libido and was feeling hopeful. I waited 45 minutes and didn’t feel much except for nausea. We had sex which was great but the side effects that followed are not worth it. My feet felt like that pins and needles feeling of right after they fall asleep and my legs couldn’t get comfortable. I was hot then cold throughout the whole night then ran to you restroom thing I was going to vomit. Let me tell you what the sexiest feeling is taking this medication, full blown diarrhea. After feeling exhausted and drained, I tried to go back to bed but only woke up throughout the night either hot or cold with not being able to get comfortable. It’s now been 14 hours since I’ve taken it and I am barely starting to feel slightly normal. This medication definitely made me appreciate my prior state to taking it. I hope this works for others but it’s a no from me.Read More Read Less
