I have used other patches and recently, this is what my pharmacy now carries. Hot flashes, nausea, depression, headaches, fatigue. I HAVE LUPUS so I already deal with some symptoms and this patch exaggerated that. I don't think its an absorption problem. Some months I have no issue. Get a refill on a new month and one - three days after new patch I am miserable. The next month refill and there is a difference. I feel like the patience are being skimped on the supposed dose in these patches. I hate to make that assumption but I have had no issues until this brand. Read More Read Less

I have had side side effects it works very well been on it for a month now my body is starting to confirm back to life again. It

Was switched to this brand because the one I normally use is having stock issues. These do not stay on, I've had to replace the patch early because they fall off after 2-3 days when my old ones would stay on my whole Sun-Thurs schedule. Plus I've had the hot flashes, headaches, & nausea come back since switching to this brand.

Normally use a different brand - within a couple of days of use, hot flashes, sleeping problems, feelings of depression, and headaches came back.

After blood work results it appears that I’m not absorbing this product into my system. Dr has recommended I use a tegaderm patch over the Dotti transdermal patch to see if this helps it absorb more effectively into my system. Waiting to see results.

I’ve been using the patch for several months now and my energy level is back! I’m not as moody. It’s be amazing. I’ve had no problem with the patch staying on. Even after hours in a bath.

The only complaint I have is mild skin irritation in the form of redness at the patch site that fades within a week of patch removal. It hasn't caused any problems for me, though, and isn't noticeable to others. Everything else about my experience has been wonderful. For those looking into the patch as a means of transgender care, I recommend it. It's incredibly easy and has benefitted me in so many ways.

The patch does not stay on your skin it is a terrible patch compared to other patches I've used in the past.
