This medication has given me more range of breathe. Also, extreme less pressure on my chest. Able to.move more air. This drug has been a miracle in my quality of life

My breathing was WORSE after treatment. It took almost two hours AFTER treatment to breath normal again. Discontinued use, still looking for Spiriva alternative. This is NOT it!

Seems to help for a few weeks. Probably the placebo effect. After a couple of weeks, nothing. (This medication is obscenely expensive for the lack of effect that it gives.)

My doctor gave me some of this because of the shakiness I got with albuterl in his office. This stuff is awful. My wheezing is 10x worse than with albuterl. I only used half dosage and can't breathe now.

I had been on an Albuterol Sulfate-Ipratropium Bromide Nebulizer treatment 3X daily for COPD, my Doctor had me try this new & very expensive once a day new stuff...did I say very expensive, yes it is. At first use it made me feel like I was going to have another frightening bronchial spasm, so I used my rescue inhaler (successfully) then later had a dull headache. So I was advised to go back onto the other regimen...fine! How &/or where can I donate the 12 doses I have left of the Yupelri to someone who might not be able to afford it but needs the stuff??? Is there any way to see that it gets used, it was so costly!!! Read More Read Less

This medicine has improved my breathing. I just had another breathing test today and it went from 80% 2 years ago to 90% today. So that shows it is working. I have been taking it for about a year.
