Plenvu kit had 2 packets. The first was Mango (16 oz) which tasted like salt water mango but better than the gross tasting stuff from others. Drank another 16 oz at 5 and had cleanout start around 6:30 pm. Then 2nd packet(s) was Tropical fruit flavor salt water. Still very tolerable. I was very full after both. The 2nd packet I took at 3 am and basically had complete clean out by 4:30 am but still...
you get diarrhoea to the point where you are incontinently passing dirty water. In this condition I was supposed to travel 20 miles for a colonoscopy. I had to cancel after 3 days preparation. A total waste of money everyone's time and 3 days of my life. What do these people use for brains?

This prep has the worst flavor. Sugary sweet and overly salty at the same time. Couldnâ??t keep the 2nd dose down and I fight the urge to vomit like a champ normally. I would definitely prefer to drink something else even if itâ??s is more volume. If this were the only option for a future screening, I donâ??t know that I would do it EVER again. Warned the gastroenterologist that this is a horrible product. Nurse stated, weâ??ve heard that before. Then why would you continue to prescribe i?

Plenvu's taste is what it is but it wasn't too difficult to take, actually pretty easy. But the prep works too much in overtime, like 19 hours after first taking it. I had to cancel my colonoscopy, thus going through hell with the prospect of having to do it all over soon. Here's my note to my doctor after using Plenvu and having to cancel colonoscopy: My apologies for not being able to make it to today's colonoscopy. Plenvu did a number on me although I took it as directed and just had broth, Gatorade and jello yesterday. The first package worked fine at 5 pm and by 9 pm I was done expelling all fecal matter. I took the second package at midnight and it started working around 1 am with the expulsion of light yellow liquid every 10 minutes. However, by 6:45 am, when I was getting ready to go to the surgery center, I was still going to the bathroom every 10 minutes, feeling completely dehydrated and nauseous. I broke down and had a glass of water and decided that I could not travel without pooping in my pants. I just had another liquid bowel movement at 11 am. This Plenvu seems not to be able to stop pumping my stomach. I still feel like I could have another bowel movement at any moment 12 hours after my second dose. Read More Read Less

Used for colonoscopy prep. Worst thing Iâ??ve ever tasted. I threw up the entire step 2 part of the prep. Barely made it in time for the procedure. Was so dehydrated by the time I arrived I had to have IV fluids for 30 minutes. Been home for 4 hours still have severe diarrhea and nausea. I will never use this product again. Only reason I gave question 1 three stars on the first question was because it was certainly effective at cleansing the colon. Ugggh ð?¤¢

Even though Plenvu accomplished the goal. it tasted absolutely horrendous. The diarrhea was nothing compared to the gagging and nausea experienced while drinking the prep. It was awful.

I have Crohnâ??s so colonoscopies are a commonthing for me. The clinical trial that I am entering gave me this to use. It did not dissolve very well and it has a very strong taste and is both salty and too sweet. It was hard to get down and itâ??s been a half an hour and nothing has happened. Suprep, by comparison, tasted better, worked faster and was overall a better prep. There are also two packets included for step 2 of the prep and only one packet for step one. I am not sure why itâ??s packaged that way, but it may be confusing for some people. Iâ??d recommend Suprep instead. Read More Read Less

this makes my 8th colonoscopy and this was only the 2nd one that I didnâ??t get really sick with. However, the drink was awful, but they all have been. My biggest complaint is I had my colonoscopy this morning and I still have diarrhea - 14 hrs later, which has never happened before. My colon was clear so at least Iâ??m good for 2 years hopefully.

Got the first dose down. Instantly felt like I had the flu, nauseous and chills. Second dose stayed down about 45 minutes and vomited the rest. It tastes so bad. I tried to hold my breath but I could still taste the salt. Will never have another colonoscopy!

This was prescribed for my colonoscopy prep. First time for me. First dosage tasted ok. It works fast. 40 mins and it started to work. Key is to drink lots of water through the day. Second dose tasted ok too. Let’s be honest. Anything that’s suppose to clean you out isn’t expected to taste like chocolate covered strawberries.

So much better tasting than suprep. My doctor said it one one of the cleanest preps she’s ever seen. Tip: drink it slowly don’t chug. This was one of my better overall prep experiences.

Couldn't drink. taste disgusting, dr office told me pineapple mango new flavor....not even close. office rude when I complained, alexis. Will not return. they should have explained it was a new PREP medicine, THEN I COULD HAVE CHOSEN what I wanted. they did not. I have had a previous colonoscopy with no problems. I am out wasted fasting time and cost and no colonoscopy. Medical treatment today is so lacking of everything. Its all about money.
