It does take a few days for the effects to be noticeable. It will not clear a stuffy nose overnite like Affrin will, but then, you can take this long-term which you cannot do with Affrin. My only issue is, I have experienced a loss of taste and smell for several months now. Doctor says Flonase will not cause this and I probably had an undiagnosed case of Covid 19. I'm not so sure. My only issue is, I have experienced a loss of taste and smell for several months now. Doctor says Flonase will not cause this and I probably had an undiagnosed case of Covid 19. I'm not so sure.
