I switched to Levlen because I was having severe break-through bleeding on Sprintec. I have stayed on Levlen for 9 months and not a single break-through. However, I've had the most insane acne! I just called my doctor to switch me to something else. I've also been a little more anxious and moody than usual while on Levlen. It controlled cramps, bloating, and bleeding wonderfully.
