I was in a car accident and have severe back pain, not to the point of needing surgery but so bad that it goes numb and i feel sometimes like its on fire in certian spots, this topical stops the pain instantly love it and would recommend anyone with back pain to use.

Strong pain when putting weight on knee. Applied cream and was able to walk without pain for first time in a while.
