I am 28 years of age I always take it as instructed on the box and take once every after a while. Recently feb 2023 i got the flu and it wasn’t good at all. Emergen C Vitamin C helped me. I didn’t get my flu shot nor my Covid booster cause I am training my body to fight off viruses and infection by it’s self. I use it to boost my immune system. And it works great.
