I have taken other hormone replacement drugs over the past 10 years and this one was one of the best. This was very effective in handling all the symptoms of menopause...hot flashes, anxiety, sleepless nights. However, I am now experiencing spotting. Not what a 63 year old wants to discover. This raises a concern as to the safety of this drug.

Stared 23 days ago. Started spotting and cramping after 14 days. My breast are very tender. I am having a flash back on when I was younger and had a regular period. This is not what I expected. Calling doctor tomorrow.

I took these pills for sleep since I had already gone through menopause. I slept so good I even had very vivid dreams. The first bad side affect was diarrhea upset stomach. My doctor said "hang in there with it" you will get used to them. I never did. The next symptom was it caused me to have an awful vaginal infection that sent me straight to the doctor and I never have infections. Around my 4th week I noticed I was extremely angry over the smallest thing and started having severe anxiety. I threw them in the trash quick after a few screaming fits which is not me at all. I literally felt mean on these pills. Way too many side affects for me. Read More Read Less

This drug has been a lifesaver for me! Hot flashes, night sweats, and insomnia are gone. I also seem to be more focused and have a steady state of mental well being. I’m in my third month and have had no adverse reactions.

This drug worked amazing for controlling the hit flashes but created a mental health mess. I went from being a positive woman to a negative, moody woman. I would have anxiety and outburst that I couldn't control. Looking for a new medication because this is no way to live.

After taking this drug for approx. 21 days I started spotting and bleeding. I'm bloated and feel tired. So far I'm not impressed and not a happy camper at all. There has to be another solution or medication other than this particular medication.

I have been on .5mg for 3 months. The positive effects have been amazing. I no longer feel the irrational craziness in my head that reminded me of the worst of PMS. Swelling and night sweats are gone and I'm sleeping great. This medicine has saved my sanity.

I have taken this drug for almost 7 years without any side effects. I have recommended Lopreeza to other women with confidence.

I took this medicine for one month and was concerned about the spotting so I stopped. After another month, I thought I'd try it again. The spotting/bleeding started almost immediately and has continued for days. My body aches and I'm exhausted. I almost would rather have the hot flashes than feel this weak and tired all day.

After 6 years of menopause, I was thrilled to have an option to deal with hot flashes, sleepless nights, etc. Unfortunately after 2 months on Lopreeza, I am experiencing horrible breast tenderness and endless spotting which are both very bothersome. I am going to have to try something different.
