I went to the Dr. due to a sore throat and fever. I was prescribed this for sinus. I took it as prescribed during the day. It was fine and helped. That night, I took it as directed and I could not go to sleep all night. I had leg cramps and insomia.Nothing could help me sleep and I suffered. My eyes were wide open and I was wide awake. But.... I did not have sinus and allergy symptoms for a while. Bottom line...take during the day, but it was not a med to take at night if you plan to sleep.
