This medication was prescribed for Tolosa-Hunt syndrone. As long as I took indocin 3x a day the pain subsided. When I tried to wean myself from indocin the pain returned. I also experienced abdominal pain, but felt it was a trade-off for the severe head pain. However, this medication is only a "bandaid" for the symptoms and not a cure as an antibiotic against bacteria. Stopped taking it and went...

This medication was prescribed for Tolosa-Hunt syndrone. As long as I took indocin 3x a day the pain subsided. When I tried to wean myself from indocin the pain returned. I also experienced abdominal pain, but felt it was a trade-off for the severe head pain. However, this medication is only a "bandaid" for the symptoms and not a cure as an antibiotic against bacteria. Stopped taking it and went back to Aleve which has less side affects. Has anyone else had Tolosa-hunt diagnosis?
