Further researched proved that all of these statin-li...

My total Cholesterol dropped from 226 to 176 and my LDL from 156 to 101 after 3 months on Red yeast Rice. I had already tried modifying my diet and exercise program and adding omega 3's to my diet through fish oil and milled flaxseed. I have a hard time remembering the evening dose and find I have indigestion from it when I take it too close to bedtime. These are minor problems, however for the benefit I have seen. The only thing I worry about is the incnsistency of doing and lack of complete product labelling among the "natural" remedies. I wonder if I change brands or try to find a less expecnsive source I wil compromise my results.Read More Read Less
