1st time - 1500mg a few hours before "happy time" and i knew something was different. my flacid penis and testes hung and had veins compared to retracted testes and "pool shrinkage". erection was better quality, cause/ effect. after a week of 1000mg 3x per day and i feel like im 25 again. virtually no side, maybe excess gass? effects after one week. another good point is that its noticably combat...

Have only been taking the product a short period of time. Maybe over a longer period, it may be more effective. So far, I have not found it to be very effective.

Taking for Lyme coinfections, Babesia and Bartonella. 6 grams per day, total. Has been a lifesaver. But do research if you have an active virus such as herpes or E-B, as this can exacerbate it and lead to shingles.

After 3 months of injesting 3 gms daily I was about to give up but suddenly I was getting a harder and larger erection. (The instructions did suggest that it could take 3 months to take effect.) Being that I am very conservative about pill popping I eventually rolled back my daily intake to 2 gms daily and still get effective results. I have been taking L-arginine for about 5 years now. Results are still there at 70 years old.

I use L-Arginine for it's growth hormone stimulation. 12g taken through out the day has increased my Growth Hormone levels back to what they were in my 20's I'm 41. I work a very physically demanding job and since I started this treatment I don't wake up sore, I sleep like a rock and I'm showing signs of reverse aging in my skin and muscle tone.

I have had 3 heart attacks and just could not sustain any form of erection, medics refused to give me viagra ect, i gave up but in the event of improving my cardio condition, my son who works out a lot suggested L'arginine to help my heart, so prior to a cardio workout i would take 3000mg of L'arginine, it helped my cardio fitness incredibly, but i also noticed afterwards erections would return and return with a vengeance, so i can always manage two rounds after taking 3000mg of L'arginine, i can't say it works for everyone but for me its a lifesaver, as it helps me work out both in the gym and in the bedroomRead More Read Less

My blood pressure was between 160-170 / 90-95. I did not want to take prescription drugs so tried L'Arginine. After taking 6 grams per day, 3 times a day, my blood pressure reduced to 122/116. I couldn't believe it! I did not change any other thing. No diet changes, continued exercising as always, etc. Definitely works for me!

I had progressively worsening ED for 20 years, to the point of having an erection was barely possible. This combined with a strong libido makes for a frustrating existence indeed. I take l-arginine combined with l-citruline in 1000 mg tablets 3x daily as per label instructions. Be patient, as this takes fully 3 weeks to become effective, then look out. I awaken with a massive erection the likes of which I haven't experienced in years. It restored my puny atrophied penis size to what nature originally intended. Side effect: constipation, but seems to be alleviated. Anyone reading these tomes would be well advised to purchase a penis ring, as is assists in achieving an erection as well as maintaining one. It also assures satisfaction of your partner because of the increased longetivity it provides. Hope this helps-good luck. Read More Read Less

Was on amlodipine and valsartan for my blood pressure. The amlodipine thinned my hair so I was desperate to get off it. Was under nitrous oxide for a tooth extraction and 2 days later went to my doc for physical and BP was 118 (normally I'm 135-145)...told the nurse no way please take it again and is was the same. So after researching the possible affects of nitrous oxide I found it could low the BP. So started taking L-Argine Plus by Elements with 5010mg of l-argine and 1010mg of l-citruline once a day and BP has stayed in the 115 to 125 range. I was able to ween myself off the amlodipine but not the valsartan. Was shocked to find that no one has done enough research on the use of nitrous oxide to lower BP and use it for High BP therapy...it's not expensive but you know how some physicians can get. My dentist is checking with her other fellow dentites to see if they have noticed this. Bottom line is it works for me.Read More Read Less

I've been taking lisinopril 10 mg. for hypertension for a few years. I learned that a combination of l-arginine and aged garlic would take care of high blood pressure as well and I decided to try it. I started taking both about 3 weeks ago and the results have been great. My blood pressure now fluctuates between 120 and 130 systolic and 60 to 68 dyastolic - which is great for a 72 year old like myself. I like the fact that this a natural approach to controlling my blood pressure and I no longer have to use a precription drug to do it. I'm achieving these numbers with only 500 mg. of arginine a day. You can up your daily intake til you reach your goal. And although I don't have an ED issue it's a nice benefit to boot.Read More Read Less

I'm very happy with the result of arginine. I've been taking it with French Pine Bark as a result of this site and it seemed to work straight away, within 48 hours although I've heard it can be longer with others. I think the quality of the arginine is really important - there are some shonky brands out there, I think it's important that it has been made in the States and all the governmental guidelines have been followed. Email the companies, I did, you'll find a lot of it is simply imported from China and put in a fancy container. I've been taking 5grams of arginine with 150mg of french pine bark for three weeks now and haven't missed a beat. Good luck!Read More Read Less

30 years old, been experiencing mild to moderate ED problems for the past few years. Hoped it would just go away on its own, it didn't obviously. Viagra worked out just fine but didn't wanna be dependent on it. Wanted to cure the cause, not the effect, blood tests came back good. Found out about the L-arginine / Pycnogenol combo on the net so I gave it a try. Only been taking it for about three weeks now but the effects are noticeable. Strong, firm erections in the morning, very easy to get it up any time of day. I take 2.000 mg L-arginine and 100 mg Pycno daily and I also add 300 mg of red ginseng, guess it couldn't hurt. So far been very pleased with the results, hope to continue on this good trend. I would totally recommend this to anyone with ED problems, because it has virtually no side-effects (I, for one, haven't experienced any).Read More Read Less

I am an endurance athlete who experienced sudden ED at age 31. Visited doctor who did blood test and everything came back in range. Found recommendation for L-Arginine online and started immediately. I've been getting consistent results with only 2-3 grams a day (I'm 163lbs / 74kg). I haven't experienced any side effects either.
