I was told about this supplement by a New Zealand friend of mine. It is widely used there for muscle soreness and RA. It has worked for me alleviating sciatic and muscle pain.

didn't know about the shellfish thing until I couldn't sleep AGAIN because of my pain. so I took 2 tablets and read some reviews to my horror NZ green lipped muscle tablets side effects can cause GOUT. I have gout from 2.5 months ago after having kidney stones 2 days after that I go gout which has now travelled up my right leg and into my right hand and from 46 days ago gout has formed into my left toes. from the 2nd week of the REALLY PAINFUL affliction I started taking NZGLM tablets. my symptoms are WORSE. on my lower legs and arms I have a bad case of itchy rash that has left scarring. and on my back and upper arms I have a staffe infection that won't go away it gets WORSE and I'm anaphylactic to penicillin mould and other antibiotics so I thought hopefully this table that was highly recommended to me by a friend would be my answer. what's left of the bottle I'll be giving it to her because this tablet that I have just found out has made my life HELL!!!! i have had to give up my work that i love helping people who are on the NDIS and have had due to the EXCRUCIATING PAIN EVERY SINGLE DAY AND NIGHT FOR 2.5 WEEKS. who can endure that much pain for anything for that length of time without going insane?? I have, and have had a mental mental health breakdown because of it. I have discovered in this early hours of the morning that reading these reviews that not all things are an answer to your prayers. DEFINITELY NEXT TIME someone recommends something to me I am going to do my research. bad on me not to discover this earlier but I definitely WONT recommend this tablet for great use only to tell people NOT to take it unless they are NOT allergic to penicillin antibiotics shellfish and or octopus or if like me they were naive took it on good faith and ended up with their life turned upside down and almost, I say ALMOST COMMITING SUICIDE. I've had pains inside my hip bones,knees and lower back pain.I bought a brand that combines New Zealand mussel,devil's claw,feverfew and glucosamine.Im menopausal.Ive been using for a month.No more significant aches plus an improvement on agility.

I assume I have arthritis with all the aches and pains in my hips,knees etc. so I found GLM on Swanson dot com. I noticed improvement in a week and I can sure tell if I’ve forgotten to take them. It definitely works for me.

I love this product! I have been taking this for about 5 months. At first I thought there was no effect but I forgot to take this pill for a few days and then I was reminded of how much pain I had been in before I started taking them. They sure work for me!

I have been taking GLM since 2007. At the time I was using a cane to walk due to my Arthritis, and was in constant pain, unable to turn in bed. I no longer use a cane, while the pain is still present, it is more of a background noise vs totally there. I am much more mobile.

I take Ease, a supplement from Plexus Worldwide. It has the green lipped mussel in it. I took Celebex for over 10 years with fair results. I have taken this for over 2 years and my arthritis pain is completely under control. I am an RN and I know the side effects of Celebrex and I am very happy to have found this. I am ashamed that healthcare does not promote natural healing. I completely believe in it. It used to be called Fast Relief and now is called Ease.

I have severe hip arthritis and at times I could hardly walk. Within one week after starting green lipped muscle supplement there was marked improvement. After one month I had very minimal pain. Im in my second month of taking the supplement and my symptoms are greatly improved. I highly recommend it.
