Have been massaging Emu Oil into my mums 81 year old body day and night for the past 5 days... knees, shoulders, back, neck, arms, ankles & hands for extremely bad arthritis, infact she is house bound from it. This is not a cure but certainly makes her life more bearable, seems to lubricate & numb the stiffness/inflammation. Her twisted swollen hands have reduced, the inflammation almost gone in t...

I used this on my husband's head when he was sent home from hospital with an horrendous 'scab' (about 5 inches across and a built up green mass which the hospital hadn't touched in weeks) of puss which was infected with MRSA. I cleaned and washed and dressed etc the 'infection' with various treatments given on prescription but could not clear it up over 3 months or so. Finally I went on line (this is going back 20 years or so) and found the research on burns recovery being carried out using Emu oil. I took a gamble and bought a bottle. My husband's head was totally clear within a month. Read More Read Less

Maybe it works for some people. For me it's an absolute placebo. Absolutely no effect.

Burns (scars) and stretch marks! Awesome! Decreases scarring and softens the skin! Use the oil-rub it in well. Can then put lotion on over the top if we'll healed scars or rash. Use 100% pure EMU oil then rub coco butter and have no stretch marks after 3 kids!

I started using cpap nasal pillows and had sores appear at edge of nostrils due to high air flow, the nasal pillows rubbing, and not being used to using cpap mask. Had some Cleure pure 100% emu oil I had gotten for my thinning hair, applied a thin layer to the sores/irritation at nostrils edge and immediately felt a difference. Pain went away, and within 2 hours you could tell the redness and inflammation had decreased. Will NOT use it under the mask due to fear of it breaking down the silicone mask, but will definitely use in the mornings after cpap therapy. Great stuff!Read More Read Less

I have been taking shots in both knees for two years. I tried Emu oil and after two weeks, applying it three times a day the join pain has significantly been reduced. All I know is it worked for me.

Worked well with (and as stopped) prescription anti-inflammatory for my shoulder pain. Others have told me that Blue Emu helped when nothing else would for various pains. Great find.

Have not had any benefit at all. The cheaper products work much better.

This stuff is useless and an absolute waste of money. It does absolutely nothing except make your skin greasy (and stain linens, clothing). In my opinion you're way better off using BenGay or BioFreeze.

I have arthritis and have tried many things, other cremes, heating pads, TENS units etc. without much success. My brother-in-law recommended Blue Emu as he had tried it and it helped him with an ankle injury. When I went to the pharmacy to pick some up I couldn't find it so the pharmacist showed me where it was on the shelf. The pharmacist said this stuff really works. He had used it on a pulled muscle in his back. To my amazement, Blue Emu has greatly improved my arthritis pain in my hands and knee. I don't know how it works, but it does. Read More Read Less

I experienced nausea directly after usage??? I have neuropathy in my hands (due to chemo) and have developed a continuous rhematoidal-like pain in the left hand joints only. I rec'd temporary relief from Blue Emu but it did not last as long as I thought it would.

I use Emu Oil for cracked feet & elbows and it softens them up removes the roughness. I also use on my face to help reduce my winkles, especially around the upper lip and eyes. I have a dog that has hot spots on his rear and it is soothing and removes the inflammation so there is no more redness.
