I am taking liquid garcina cambogia and I have loss about 15lbs in 3o days. I have had no side effects. I plan to keep taking it.

Do not take this if you have a heart problem. It does increase your heart rate. Do your homework before taking it.

I took it for about 3 weeks. It caused me to have bodyaches. I seriously felt like I had the flu. My legs hurt so bad that I could barely walk. I will never take it again.

I just started it this morning so I don't know how it's going to work yet. Also I'm supposed to take another pill called Green Cleanse by Healthey

I have definitely experienced weight loss, but over a several-month period of time. I continue taking and and it is less effective now; however, I recently had to buy a different brand than I was used to taking and have been having diarrhea, so I guess different brands react differently.

It wont work. Am dissapointed

When I started I weighed 279.5 pds and was a size 54 waist, had a scare with my heart health. Started 1 Apr 15 taking one a day started taking 2 per day on August 1st and as of 31 Aug 15 I weigh 233 and am a size 43 waist. I will stop for a month and see what happens. I walk and watch what I eat. It does effectively curb my appetite.

Do not buy this product. For $4.95 they claim to give you a 30-day free trial period, but after purchasing the product, the company claims to be "out of stock". In my case, they have been out of stock for three months. If I keep calling, they'll keep extending my free trial period, but in the meantime they are able to keep thousands of customer's "shipping and handling fees". What a ripoff. i started using since 1 month. its just waste of money please please do not buy not single % i get change even though m dieting still one more time m saying DO NOT BUY

I have had a terrible time getting hold of these people to cancel the subscription and call me back. They charge me more money each month and I have two bottles still in the shipping bags waiting to mail back. I hate them and I rarely use such strong language. SO unprofessional.

Two weeks in taking two tabs before the three meals a day ir max dose. I started walking daily at least a mile or two. I had also made changes in my diet cutting out a few bad choices and adding a few better ones ie : nuts for chips , water for diet soda and last was at breakfast i had egg white toasted sandwhich with ham and not bacon. Anyway despite this i gained ten pounds felt bliated and was constipated and dry mouth tasting sour fruit all day YUK! BIGGEST waste of money.

DON'T buy the scam!! This crap does not work. In fact I gained wight, and was always bloated. Taking this made everything worse. Now that I've stopped, I feel much better, and look better. And I know I am not the first person this has happened to, I should I "listened" to all the bad reviews that I had read. My bad!

I've only been using it 5 days now, but I've already lost three pounds. Specifically I've been taking the Nature's Design brand, which I found on Amazon after doing some research. I'd been on a reduced calorie diet that left me 10 lbs down, then 3 back up, and after that plateau I needed something to help. I did a good deal of digging before even buying because I'm more than aware of how gimmicky diet pills are... Apparently you have to get the variety that is 50% of the active ingredient along with magnesium to get the most out of it. The Nature's Design brand comes with 80% and already has the magnesium mixed in. It does cause some constipation and slightly more frequent urination ( for me at least ), but I've not had anything majorly unpleasant as a result of taking it thus far. I would recommend it to others, but it's not likely something someone with ongoing stomach issues would be able to take without problems. The blend I have supposedly helps with seratonin levels as well, which I've been calmer the past few days since taking and falling asleep a little easier. Not sure if it's placebo or the supplement. Considering that my job is being sent overseas and the recent anxiety I've had about it, it's been nice to feel more mellow about it. My daily routine now includes a women's multivitamin, B complex, Zyrtec, and one GC supplement 20 to 40 minutes before my first meal. I have one usually 30 minutes before lunch, and will usually skip a third before dinner. But the instructions will call for more. So far 2 seems to be the safest medium I'm willing to take so far.
