I have been taking Garcinia Cambogia for three weeks. I have been taking 6 tablets a day with each tabletconsists of 10 mcg of Chromium and 500 mg of Garcinia Cambogia extract (50% hydroxycitric acid). During my first week I had lost 6 lbs but since then I have not seen any significant weight loss. What I have been experiencing is a reduction in appetite and vivid dreams. I am taking the Garcina Cambogia 50%HCA and am working out and watching what I am eating and I have not seen any significant difference.

I'm 51 Year old woman weight 300 it has been very hard for me to losse. So I'm going to try this its my 1st day January 13 2014

Effective product. Sorry I didn't read the reviews 1st. The pain in my kidneys after 1 week of using this supplement was beyond words. I stopped taking it 3 days ago and the pain is still lingering. My advice, is stay away, the negatives far outweigh the benefits. The product I used was Garcinia Cambogia complex from vitality medical 60% HCA 1300mg

I gained 3 lbs in a week had nausea , and constipation.

Have taken for 3 weeks and only thing it does is cause bloating and constipation. Not worth the money....

I took GC from Whole Body Research. I took for about 1 month with no weight loss. I returned the remaining 2 bottles and received a full refund. The bad news is the severe side effects, as described by others on this sight. Stomach cramps, nausea, back pain. I have had ultra sound n nuclear test for gallbladder, endoscopy for stomach all negative. Blood work shows elevated liver enzymes. I take heart meds, will this mix with them or cause a potency problem

With a damaged heart, I would not even begin to try this diet with the high concentrate of caffeine!

Took as directed and researched right ingredients. didn't stop hunger and no change in weight after 30 days.

I purchased this product from whole body, paid about $23 for 60 capsules. Take 2 in the am and 2 lunchtime. Good for curbing appetite, loss 1 lb in 5 days. Begin having severe pain in my neck and upper chest on right side in the 3rd day. Was very scary! Was thinking of going to ER but 1 aleve tablet calmed things down. Next day took 2 more at breakfast about 1 hour later pain was back worse. Lasted all day. On day 5 I decided to look closer at the ingredients and figured the 90 gm potassium may be causing so I quit taking. Next day I was fine and decided this product is not for me. Please be careful! I am a 44 year old woman - generally have a quick metabolism but am slightly overweight. Want to lose 7kg. The product did supress my apetite, but within a week of starting the treatment I became extremely constipated (Despite also taking bowel cleanser as recommended). By week 2 I felt physically ill due to the severity of the constipation. I stopped taking the supplement and within a few days my bowel movements returned to normal. I don't know if the product would have hwlped me lose weight if i persisted, but the extreme discomfort is not worth the price. My partner is a 50 year old male. i ordered prima life garcinia had it for a month before trying finally decided, since taking i have had a LOT of gas and uncomfortable, i am planning on stopping this....

I am taking Whole Body Garcinia Cambodia as of 12/25/13 (now 1/5/14). I've actually read a lit if reviews after the first week and started taking 2 pills 3x say, 30 minutes before each meal. I've heard that is more effective for folks. Even with 1 pill 3x a day I've had less of an appetite and my energy level is definately improved. My moods have definitely gotten better and I do not feel lazy and tired as I had. I do get a little constipation but not terribly bad. I think you need to give it a few weeks for your body to adjust, I def know it's been beneficial this far. No weight loss yet but I do expect to see a drop within a week or so.
