I heard on some videos that it will be helpful to reduce cholesterol. Today I just took one glass of gooseberry juice and in less than 15 minute my blood glucose level suddenly droped. Certainly not recommended for anyone at any age, I'm just 21 years old.

I started using Amlaki or Indian Gooseberry for general health and to reduce Cholesterol levels.Along with reduced Cholesterol, I found this fruit reducing lethargic mood or laziness and reducing anger levels. It balances mental control I think. Now I take Indian Gooseberry as real fruit or by capsule of 500mg once a day.

I am in my first trimester. Picked up some frozen goosberries from the Indian grocery store. Had at least two of them, the big ones. All the nausea is gone so also the metallic taste that I have been having. Love this fruit. I use to eat them after meals growing up in NE India :) I love this berries with salt and a little cayenne pepper.

I take about 3-4 pieces (around 5g) of raw, dried Indian Gooseberry whenever I have heartburn. It seems to be fast acting and I usually get relief within 15-20 minutes.
