I took Cell Forte 800mg IP6 for 6 weeks and developed a headache. I never had headaches previously, but have had one daily for 3 weeks now. I stopped the IP6 on the second headache day, but the headache has not stopped. I had a brain MRI just to be on the safe side. I had high hopes for the IP6, but I don't know what it did to cause the headaches.

Ten years ago I heard about IP-6 and started taking it. Within 10 days I started bleeding in my urine and discovered I had first stage bladder cancer. I have taken it since and have been cancer free. Unfortunately a new variety of aggressive bladder cancer seems immune to IP-6. It did keep me free for 10yrs.

I read about IP-6 in a medical journal on a flight to Europe 45 years ago. The article detailed the development and resources from the beginning to an Nobel peace prize. I was able to obtain it in Europe at an alarming price but felt it was worth it. As the years went by I was able to purchase larger less expensive quantities in the US.

I've had iron overload (ferritin level 467). Took IP6 for 10 months (300 days). Now, Ferritin at 150 Very effective to lower Ferritin level

I had an area on my ear which was diagnosed as cancerous. It had a lump on it and my ear was inflamed. I was booked into have surgery to remove the area and to have plastic corrective surgery at the same time. I started taking IP6 for other reasons (to boost my immune system after having 2 chest infections). Within 6 days I noticed my ear had stopped bleeding at night and thought nothing of it. The following day the sore on my ear dropped off. I then thought IP6 may be having an effect. The lump had now disappeared and my ear has cleared up completely. I have been taking IP6 for about 4 months. In the past, I had severe chronic UTIs and kidney stone problems. Since I started taking IP6, I have not had a UTI or kidney stones! Loving this stuff!

After taking 12 tabs a day for several months, I was able to run, walk, and have muscle endurance and energy I had never experienced in my adult life. I don't know why someone is claiming negatives about the product, as I never experienced bone weakness, but quite the opposite. Use on empty stomach and stay with the original formula. Do not purchase copy-cat products as they are full of fillers and may actually harm you. Make sure the container has the researcher's photo on it to ensure quality and his formula. enlarged prostate was told by my doctor it would have to be removed. my psa number was above the chart. this was 3 years ago. I had some IP6 that i had bought previously and never took it.When my DR. told me he was going to remove it I started taking 10 pills a day.I had my psa no. checked at three differant clinic and they all said the same thing the no. was over 9. When I went to the dr for a biopsy it turned up no cancer and my prostate was normal in size.I had my psa checked again and it was 2 on the chart. After taking 2 tabs 2 times daily for 30 days, I developed 3 welts on my back. I stopped taking the tabs 3 weeks ago - I have had over 20 welts appear in varied locations. At present - I have 7 active welts, 1 of which has a blister. They itch and are very uncomfortable. As of now - 3 weeks later - I am wondering how much longer it will take for the supplement to get out of my system.

Given 3 years to live due to cancer. That was 20 years ago since taking IP 6. I am now cancer free.

I reviewed this before but wanted to suggest those not having better results from the IP6 and Inositol take a therapeutic dose of 8-12 pills twice a day. this is what I have been taking for over a year and I am Cancer free so far. The maintenance dose of two pills twice a day is suggested for those without cancer and or other diseases as a preventative. I learned this from reading Dr. Shamsuddin's book and other friends suffering from cancer treatment. There have been studies done to show no toxicity when consuming large doses and I am proof of that. Until I started taking the larger doses, I never got free of cancer however, tumors stayed very small and did not mastastsize any further. I buy the IP6 Gold brand which is the kind that was used in the research of Dr. Shamsuddin. I also have a liver disease and my labs have remained normal range while taking it. If you read the the IP6 book and research you'll find that the supplements of IP6 & Inositol (from rice bran) contain calcium, magnesium and phosphorus. There is no danger in binding or interfering with calcium or iron absorption when taken on an empty stomach as directed. IP6 is known to chelate EXCESSIVE iron. The research has never shown a risk of developing anemia rather it acts as an antioxidant to neutralize the harmful effects of oxidation due to excess iron. Have taken IP6 Inositol daily 10+ years. I was introduced to IP6 with Inositol by a friend. I have Metastatic Breast Cancer in the Lymph nodes. I began IP6 with Inositol after a week of Chemo and it dramatically changed the way I felt. After talking with The doctor who developed it, Dr. Shamsuddin, I increased my dosage and I have been taking 6-8 pills twice daily for over a year. My cancer was clear from the seven areas diagnosed stage 4 triple negative after the chemo, and radiation. I definately think that IP6 with Inositol had a part in my clean scans so far. Abulkalam M. Shamsuddin, MD, Ph.D, states that the IP6+Inositol must have a calcium:magnesium rato of 2:1 to be effective. His book "IP6+Inositol" explains the research results. His formula is the purest formula and in the correct dosage and ratio for effective treatment.
