All excellent, but not for anything indicated here. I used Oryzanol for sleep. It was given to students at college clinic for anxiety. I found it was very calming. Took 50 mg, but only 30 top was advised. Seems to work well, I calm down better with it. I dieted hard, and it is possible that low blood sugar/cortisol was waking me up. If the testosterone hypothesis about Oryzanol is true, it would make sense that taking that much would be calming. Every article I read state it has not been proven GO helps athletic performance, OK. As a non-athlete I first studied and applied GO as I weight trained. I soon discovered that pain I had gotten after a vigorous workout no longer appeared. I read a detailed pharmacological treatise on GO that said basically it was required for muscle recovery. I tried and it worked as advertised. 15 years later I started weight training again and again I turned to GO, and again it has worked as advertised, the time I read, you can take more and it would be OK. Obviously, GO isn’t the only supplement I am taken but it is a reliable supplement I am relying on. I USED IT BEFORE WEIGHTLIFTING. I FELT MORE ENERGIZED USING GAMMA ORYZANOL.

Used Gamma Oryzanol to increase my testosterone. I bought a product called Gamma-O - it's main ingredient is gamma oryzanol. I highly recommend using gamma oryzanol for increasing testosterone. I noticed an increase in strength and sex drive on week 2, and from there it got better and better.
