Highly recommend progesterone cream. Don't take the synthetic tables your doctor will prescribe the body doesn't see them as natural and your liver has a hard time processing the synth stuff. Stick to the natural bio identical progesterone cream. Within days of using the progesterone cream I started to feel better, lost weight , had more energy and my mood was improved.

Estrogen Dominance diagnosis nearly killed me. I almost died with insomnia, arrhythmia, tachycardia and almost had a syncopal episode thanks to the crap bioidentical progesterone cream I was given. Come to find out after being told over and over by worthless Naturopaths that I am estrogen dominant. I took a look at my actual ESTRADIOL blood levels done by a MEDICAL DOCTOR and saw that every time I...

I bought some life-flo progesta care complete put it on and hours later I got very sick with vomiting and diarrhea, I tried to get a refund and could not get one, I guess this company does not stand behind its products, so now I was not helped by this product and I am out 37$, seems fair right :(

I took a look at my actual ESTRADIOL blood levels done by a MEDICAL DOCTOR and saw that every time I felt like crap my Estradiol was 6 or 10. Wow, low and behold after starting hormone therapy with estrogen I feel 100% better. I am so pissed at all the money I spent on this and my quality of life suffering for months and years. I started to read articles by Dr. John Studd that talked about women being diagnosed with mental health conditions that COMPLETELY resolved after being given high levels of estrogen not progesterone. I believe my postpartum problems could have been totally solved with estrogen as when my menses stopped, I stopped sleeping. I am glad I refused SSRIs. I am also wondering if I am not only completely intolerant to progesterone from hormone replacing therapies but the kind I naturally produce on my OWN as in my Luteal phase I become a complete MESS!! I think so called “Dr. Lee” and his estrogen dominance theory and the Women’s Health Initiative stopping estrogen therapy for perimenopause and menopause completely has ruined the lives of many women like me. My mom even passed away of cardiomyopathy that I truly believe was due to no estrogen and tachycardia for years. Truly despicable.Read More Read Less

Well I was really anxious to get the product because I was having hot flashes. I can say the hot flashes were not as intense, however, I begin to get headaches, tooth aches, and left side of jaw ached with a pounding. Took me about four days to figure out where it was coming from; I went to the dentist --no cavity. The dentist told me not my department check your sinuses so I did. I took Claritin D, watched Ned on You Tube to clear up sinuses. No real Luck. Then I asked God to show me the problem. It came in a dream step by step when the headaches started. When I started with the progesterone cream my head, teeth, and left side of my jaw went crazy. Also my hair begin to come out do not want to leave that out. Perhaps it was not for me at this time of my life.Read More Read Less

I am 47 and this is my seventh month taking progesterone orally as a liquid gel capsule. I started this treatment because I was bleeding heavily for six weeks at a time. The bleeding was crazy and I could barely leave the house. Immediately this therapy regulated my periods. I take the capsule the first twelve days of the month, an hour before bedtime, and it usually makes me so sleepy and dizzy that I almost stumble to bed. I sleep great those twelve nights. If I have to get up early, sometimes the symptoms of tiredness have not worn off (like when I take nyquil). I make sure I get at least 8 hours of sleep when I take progesterone, otherwise I feel foggy in the morning. Getting enough sleep is easy for me because I work second shift and seldom arise before 8 A.M. I would never recommend taking it in the morning since it makes me tired and dizzy. The pharmacist explained to me that the liquid gel capsule form of progesterone is the form that causes drowsiness because it mimics human progesterone more closely than other forms. The bottle says, "may cause drowsiness". The previous reviewer mentioned that she missed a dose and therefore took the dose in the morning. I would not recommend that because of reasons stated previously! But I am not a doctor nor pharmacist!Read More Read Less

I've only been taking the capsules for 3 months. Today starts month 4. I'm not sure if they're "natural" or not. The bottle says "Progesterone 250 mg." The prescription was filled by a "compounding" pharmacy. My doctor (CNP) told me that both the cream and capsules were "natural." But according to the write-up on this website, natural is a "misnomer." Now I'm confused. Nevertheless, I didn't have any clotting last month and my amount of bleeding was much more manageable. I actually cried one day I was so happy. If you think that that's silly than you don't how heavy bleeding can be. If you "get it" than you know what I've been going through. My cycle is pretty short 21 to 23 days. Ideally, I'm suppose to take the capsules for 12 days starting on day 15, but I've only been getting 6 or 7 days of use before my cycle starts again. So, I was pretty excited when my third cycle was considerably lighter! The reason I came on this website is to research something to see if it's normal. I started the capsules for the first time this cycle today. I've been an emotional wreck! I'm suppose to take them at night, but forgot last night, so I took one this morning. It seems like that's happened before. I'm going to log it on my calendar and see if I see a pattern. Since I turned 40 (seven years ago,) I've had my emotional day consistently around day 6 or 7. So today (day 16) seems strange. Coincidence??? Just researching to see if anyone else has issues with emotions and progesterone use.Read More Read Less

I had Hot Flashes and Night sweats, had tried Black Cohash, Evening Primrose Oil, to very little change. Dr. Even prescribed water pills....ya no, did nothing. Found a compounding pharmacy, filled out a form, and began my quest for what my body needed to come back in balance...Progesterone was my happy/lucky answer to my frustrating problem! Signed, Happy, Cool, and Dry! Yeah!

This webMD review of natural progesterone is from the dinosaur age. NP was the only thing that saved me from severe PMS. The difference was life changing, night and day. Don't believe the medical community that is light years behind in researching the power of natural progesterone in treating PMS.

i use progesterone cream , just a dab( dime sized) after my shower, which is right after my 5 mile walk/run. I take it to stabilize my reduced hormone output due to thyroid problems( hypothyroid) i was given armour 90 mg, i was supposed to get better , but so many told me to use progesterone as well to balance the armour, and i think it is helping a little, i feel better, and think i,m losing some weight, which is also a problem with hypothyroidism. all my efforts ( walking 4/5 miles etc.etc.) are now starting to pay off ( after 5 months of no weight loss).SO, i must say that a little progesterone cream every other day , has helped me . It may not work for you, i had heart flutters before i started the armour or the progesterone, so on that item i can't say it is better or worse. it is the same ,every few weeks or 2 months orso i have an episode where i feel the PCV( premature Ventricular Contraction) go off for a day orso , and not have any for weeks. that may be due to my weight problem before all this started, and I had to take vaccines ( 7 of them) for my hospital job which i think contributed to my heart flutters. I take Progesterone orally quarterly during the year (every 3 months) for 14 days to force my body to menstruate, as I'm going through menopause and have been on HRT for 5+ years. My periods stopped coming on their own 10 months ago. The medication does cause me to have a period; however, I hate the way it makes me feel. Breast tenderness, and the worst is extreme bloating and water gain all through my mid-section (abdomen, stomach) to the point it's uncomfortable to sit in any position. I can't take a deep breath, I hate taking this stuff. The prescription requires taking one capsule before bed, and it's hard to remember taking a pill in the evening, as I typically take all vitamins, etc. in the morning.Read More Read Less
