I started taking this Herb after wanting to help with slightly sagging breasts following numerous pregnancies. There are many pills on the market that are very expensive...unlike Fenugreek $8.00. Much to my surprise Fenugreek is a hidden gem. After a few days my breasts are fuller. But for me little did I know the following about this Herb that has been used for ages and ages. I had to get my blo...

I have twin girls, so milk production has been an issue. After using Fenugreek for 2 days, my babies became EXTREMELY gassy! They would scream and cry for hours bc of the gas and pain they were in. They're very sensitive to dairy also, which I've cut completely out of my diet. I had to toss all of the pumped milk bc of this herb! Buyers beware!!!

I was told about Fenugreek by my aunt. She told me it would lower your blood sugar, and it works!!! As a matter of fact, my A1C went down 3 points! As per the warning on the label, you must be careful to monitor your sugar, because this can cause it to drop too much if you're not careful. It is well worth using.

My sister had diabetes more than 20 years ,She has been taking metformin, Glimiperide, Actos and recently januvia .However the blood glucose she checks on evry meals still high . Two months ago her blood test result showed that the kidneys has problem ,her Dr, prescibed insulin for her instead of metformin but blood glucose level still high ( after meal usually more than 200 , fasting :140 .A1C level 8.3) So she decided to take fenugreek tea before lunch and dinner ( we soak 1/2 tea spoon of fenugreek seeds with 1 cup of hot water for 4 hours then take half of it at luch time ( about 150 ml ) and the rest before dinner . note : have to drink it BEFORE meal about 20 minutes). So far her blood sugar is under control .Fasting :under 100. Before meal :under 130 .After meal 2 hours : 130-150. She just took fenugreek about 2 months ,will have another blood test ( A1C) this month. Fenugreek seeds seems very effective in my sister case but if she drinks it every day ( eventhough very very mild fenugreek tea) I'm wondering if it will cause her harm . Please help me some feed back ! greatly appreciate.Read More Read Less

curbs appetite and I do not have ups and downs in my blood sugar levels- I take 2 tables of Fenugreek 85 after each meal. I also take other supplements but my source of fenugreek ran out and when I had to do without it I could tell how much benefit I had been deriving from it.

Fenugreek was recommended to my by a friend and I confirmed with my lactation consultant. It helps to boost my milk supply. I take it in capsule form once daily. It also helps now that I am going to work because I am able to pump more milk in less time than I can without it.
