I love how all you medical people have each other's backs. You state that people "use the above ground parts for medicine." THE WHOLE PLANT is needed for treatment of cancer. Without the roots, it's ineffective.

Sorry, this is not a review! However, as far as I know sorrel for medical use is rumex acetosella. Rumex acetosa is a cultivar used for food. I would like to know if both are acting in the same way. There is as well the French sorrel, a cultivar too and I forgot the Latin name. Why don't you include Latin botanical names in your headline?
