If you're going to take turmeric you should have blood test done because it depleted my iron gave me palpitations now I have to take iron pills

While no topical steroids and antihistamines worked. Application of turmeric on lichen planus lesions stopped the irritation for sure

1 hour after taking a capsule i experienced intense bloating and cramping. Had diarrhea for at least 4-5 hours. Then started with mucousy blood with the diarrhea. Slight nausea as well. It actually felt like my insides were on fire. Needless to say i will not take this again

A friend recommended Vimerson health- Turmeric, Quercetin,Bromelain. I have been dealing with neck,shoulder pain,numbness in arms and,hands. Excruciating pain in middle finger at night. Headaches every day. Going to see neurosurgeon next week to review my MRI. Had lower back surgery 5 years ago for stenosis,with great success. I am worried that I may be having the same issue in my neck. Scared. Started taking this supplement 1 week ago and for the past couple nights ,no finger pain and not having the pain in my neck and shoulders as I was. I have not even taken Motrin during the day. Mild arthritis in my shoulders and right knee, I began using turmeric plus curcumen capsules and decided to give it 2 weeks. I was shocked when in one day my shoulders and right leg pain were completely gone. Amazingly even my teeth started feeling better which I did not expect. What used to be pain is now just a little stiffness after 3 months of taking turmeric plus curcumen capsules.

I am not 100 percent sure that my aching shoulder and hip problem both improved much after a few months taking turmeric or if it had to do with losing some weight. My suspicion is that the turmeric definitely played a part in this since not only my hip but my shoulder both improved after 1. Hip improved after months needing to use crutches and while less dramatically it improved my shoulder joint pain from moderately severe to off and on moderate pain. This was done 8-10 years. Since then I have been less consistent with my turmeric but I have hiked thousands of miles in the Alpes, Pyrenees and two superior hiking trail thruhikes. The turning appears definitely to be as I included turmeric. I started taking double the dose recommended for a month and then the recommended dose for a year or two until I started get complacent. The new trend of Tumeric gummies, I fell for. Gummies stain tongue and teeth. Long term it would leave stain on teeth. And has low level of Curcuminoids.

I take turmeric for arthritis pain in my left hip and both knees. Within one week of taking it twice a day, the pain had diminished to about 80% of what it had been for almost a year. After 2 months of taking it, the pain has gone away completely. Amazing as, many days, it had been absolutely debilitating to the point where I was unable to walk more than a couple of blocks. This in a person who has walked at least 5 miles every day for the last 35 years, so not being able to walk was devastating to me. I take one level teaspoon of turmeric in a mug of hot water, with a splash of milk twice a day. I then add 1/4 teaspoon of pepper and half a teaspoon of brown sugar or honey. So miraculous is the mixture, I have stopped taking any other pain killer as turmeric really works. And yes, I did stop drinking the turmeric mixture for about 10 days a couple of months ago due to traveling. My arthritis pain was back to around 70% by the end of the 10 days. I need a fusion of the sub taylor joint on my right ankle due to Osteoarthritis. Started taking Qunol Extra Strength Turmeric Ultra High Absorption 1000 mg, What a difference. I can walk without limping ,Highly recommend it.

I suffered from restless leg. I tried mirapexe. It worked immediately, but I had so much dreams and not been able to sleep well. I switched to curcumin and black pepper supplement. It worked very well too.

Because of covid I couldn't swim for 1 year. When I returned I felt huge pain in my right shoulder. After 3 months of swimming the pain still hasn't gone. I took 1 pill with 200 mg of curcumin (containing 2,5 mg bioperine). After 4 hours I felt immediate relief. Next day I could hardly felt pain while swimming.

I have been drinking carrot juice with turmeric and ginger also take garlic pills I was unaware turmeric and ginger are blood thinners small cut index 2 days ago I bled for 24 hrs not excessive was very concerned.

I will say it help with my arthritic pain but I was dizzy, nauseated, and had acid reflux, for the 2 weeks I took this supplement. I bought my from Stonehedge Health. I was hoping the side effects would subside but they did not until I stop taking supplement. Be careful with this supplement.

Gives me an upset stomach, nausea and fatigue

I took one for irritation of my shoulders inflammation. Woke up nauseous vomited, diarrhea chills. Stomach won’t stop grumbling

I started taking this because I was in so much pain and could barely walk at times. Not sure if it is arthritis or fibromyalgia or something else. The results for me are amazing! I am pretty much pain free. Not sure if it is a placebo effect or not. If I stop taking it, the pain comes back within a week. I take 1 capsule per day.
