I have been taking Fat blocker tablets for a few weeks and have also been taking Liver Detox before going to bed. Over the last week I have lost three kilos and I have also changed eating habits, lots of soup, limited carbs, no sugar or bread. However, a side affect for me was aching legs, so much I couldn't sleep. So it might just be me. This has happened previously while taking green lipped muscle tablets, so it may be a sensitivity to shellfish. Tried it for high cholesterol and it completely helped my IBS-D after 1 week and lasted for 10 years. I am having another bout of IBSD so got back on and it is helping again. I also have esophageal dismotility, hiatal hernia and GERD. This is no joke, if you take enough it stops IBSD, thank GOD!

I have used 2-3 capsules 2 times a day since Jan 2013. Last week I had my Cholestrol checked the results on 6/10/13 showed NO DIFFERENCE in my Cholestrol, my HDL and LDL were the same. The GOOD difference showed a higher Calcium number READING. The negative is my osteo has gotten worse, now at 3.0. So even tho my calcium was higher UNFORTUNATELY, my bones are NOT absorbing the calcium.

I have only being using Sea fiber for 1 week and at this time I can't provide an overall satisfaction on whether the product will be beneficial for me.

Not effective at all

Began taking after loosing a great deal of weight, has helped me to stay at my goal weight.

Bowel movements once or twice daily. Have history of constipation so that is a good response. Worked well for me. Losing weight.

I used this 10 years ago. I did not lose weight at all but I am continuously constipated. When I had a bought of constipation that I could not remedy, I took one fat absorb capsule as directed for when and I went to the bathroom quickly without cramping as fibers do me. I used it for a different reason and when taking it daily it stopped working, so I only took it like an asprin, only when needed. I cannot fathom getting constipation with this stuff. Unless they have changed the ingredients. O got the first one ever to be out on tv. Called All Natural Fat Absorb 250 mg 120 capsules each bottle. It was from Pacoima, California. I found this product while I was taking stackers I have lost significant weight and find my self eating more but at smaller portions ok also I have found an increase in my metabolism

Saw on Dr Oz. It initially decreases my appetite when I first take it so I find myself eating smaller portions. I found myself having increased bowel movements from 1 a day to 3-4 per day so I do believe it does what it says.
