I had suffered from horrendous hot flushes & sweats coming sometimes every 20 minutes. At night I would be wet through from head to toe. I never ever felt cold even on freezing cold days. Took it twice a day for a month, a total of 1,000mg per day. Did absolutely nothing. If anything, my hot flashes are even worse at night. It is also causing me to have insomnia. Something I have never experienced before.

I had tried 1 prescribed drug with no luck & several herbal pills. In a health food shop an assistant recomended sage capsules.... I have my life back!!! Within a few days they were coming less frequently and now have totally stoped. I occasionally feel a hot feeling but it passes quickly without any of the debilitating effects. I would recomend Sage to any woman suffering with pre-menapausal symptoms!! You have nothing to lose except a few pounds!Read More Read Less

I began taking sage tablets for troubling hot flashes. My doctor had put me on medication which was troublesome and ineffective. Sage stopped the extreme sweats shortly after starting and after more than a year the hot flashes have not returned; I was and remain amazed and thankful.

I drink 1 cup a day. After the 4th day, the night sweats stopped, the hot flashes diminished to the point of gone by the 20th day. Not sure how long I need to consistently drink the tea as the box has 24 bags, but I can always get another box. Alvita brand Sage Tea from Vitamin Shoppe, $5.79.

Since my medical condition won't allow prescription drugs a friend recommended sage. It was a life saver. Within three days my symptoms subsided. I was sleeping thru the night hot flashes were fading and not happening and night sweats pretty much disappeared. I would recommend thistle anyone suffering menopause symptoms. I took one Tablet of organic sage every morning with a glass of water. It was very helpful inmaking my journey through menopause tolerable.

I am a 50 year old woman who has been suffering from severe hot flushes for about 4 years. I started taking Sage tablets about two months ago and the night sweats stopped within a week and over the next few weeks my day time hot flushes also ceased. I have been delighted with the positive effects of sage for these awful menopausal symptoms.

After taking the sage drops, I experienced abdominal discomfort, clamminess, and an urge to frequent micturition.

Great for Menopause hot flushes and depression. I have tried various other remedies which do not work as good as this. Also good for disgestive problems, particularly trapped wind.

Hot Flashes! I'm 52, female, bothered by hot flashes for several years. I found out about sage for hot flashes and in less than a month they were gone. In a tea of hot water, steeping for a few minutes, it works ok in reducing hot flashes. If you take 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon of sage by mouth and just drink enough water to wash it down, works great! HOWEVER! I did burp for about half hour with unpleasant sage taste. Maybe mixing it with a sweetner helps, I didn't need to take it for more than 4 days before there were no more hot flashes.Read More Read Less
