I started taking royal Jelly at the beginning of lockdown for Covid. It works for me like no other medicine. And it is natures real medicine. But not in capsules or freeze dried that is BS you want the custard in the jar stuff... And Don't mix it. It's to be taken on its own! You'll never feel it in a smoothie! On it's own I had the flu i got over it in three days because every ill has it's cycle and has to go through you. It has fixed tooth aches, I SWEAR... Where the dentist wanted to pull my tooth! I saved it with Royal Jelly, just held it in my mouth over the tooth and amazing no pain! iT'S ANTIBACTERIAL it's miraculous for me. I buy it wholesale; as they mark it up 200% in stores! I take that and a spoon of Bee pollen whenever I feel a cold or flu coming on! It sucks the sick right out! I never talk about it as I am afraid they will raise the price! I gave it to my Dog! And she loves it. And feels better from it. If she sees me taking it; she comes scampering right up and wants it too!(I let her lick the jelly off my fingers and give her some grains of pollen! Responding to DJ from 7/29/2021: YOU HAVE AN ALLERGY TO ROYAL JELLY. DISCONTINUE USE OF ANY & ALL BEE PRODUCTS; ROYAL JELLY, BEE POLLEN, PROPOLIS. If your tongue swells (or any swelling occurs) then this is anaphylaxis, which can cause death if not treated as it cuts off your oxygen supply. See an allergist to have tests run for other allergens that may compromise you.

I was given an unused bottle of stem boost-r that has royal jelly in it. I took it at half strenth for 2 months out of curiosity. After a month or so i noticed the very painful joints in my thumbs had stopped hurting. I noticed i was accomplishing more than usual in a day. I also had a full on menses after enjoying 18 months of cessation. Not thrilled about that part but I ordered more because it was nice to have more energy and to have pain free joints.

I took royal jelly some time back when I was a lot younger. I would almost instantly get terrible headaches, a rash, stomach upset, nausea overall swelling and also threw up a lot...So my parents stopped giving it to me. However, I do have an allergy to honey that I still haven't managed to convince them exists, the only addition to this reaction is tongue swelling and inflammation, and dizziness (i rarely faint). I was directed to this at a local Big Box store who sells mostly these types of natural herbs and supplements. I was taking medicine for chronic fatigue syndrome and wanted something new and not the narcotic I was on from my doctor. The very first day taking this I noticed. A difference. It looked great, smelled and tasted great. and helped my out a lot. And really easy to use!

Fresh Royal Jelly: I took it for several months (from 1/4 to 1/2 tsp/day)...it cleared up a dermatological condition within a month or two (I was previously on antibiotics for skin issue). I believe this may boost the immunological/immune response in the body. I ran out of Royal Jelly...the condition returned in a few months (under stress). I just started back on Royal Jelly and have noticed my skin condition is again improving within very short time. I order through Stakich...they don't import or reconstitute from powdered form like some royal jelly marketers do..Stakich farms bees and gathers the different products up in Michigan.
