I used to use pygnogenol,but it has been way too expensive in last few years grape seed extract is the same thing and works just as well IMO. Helps with hemmaroids as well. Cheapest i have found is Piping Rock brand online

I purchased grape seed & resveratrol from costco(Trunature), I take a pill a day before sleep, it helps itchy eyes from allergy alot. It contains 100mg Vitamin C, 235mg grape seed extract(85%), 75mg grape skin extract (45%), 25mg gape juice extract, and 30 mg resveratrol. No side effect for me. No upset stomach whatsoever

I have CNS demyelinating foci in my brain secondary to Lupus. Since being on the grape seed extract, I do notice that my cognition is improving, albeit baby steps. My doctor explained that grape seed extract helps delay the demylenating process.

I began using grape seed extract for hemorhoids per a web recommendation for natural remedies that I read. It worked very well as a long term solution for improving the quality of my tissue "there." The added benefit that I discovered was that it creates excellent vaginal lubrication for intercourse -- almost immediately! I haven't found anything that works better.

I have swelling in my feet, ankles, and legs from varicose veins. My job includes long periods of sitting. Grape seed extract reduces the amount of swelling I get, and this helps decrease or eliminate leg pain. As an added bonus it also reduced the size of my hemmoroids (which are varicosed veins). I buy it in capsule form, Spring Valley brand "Grapeseed Extract Complex with Reservatrol", at Walmart. I have seen it other places for as much as $40 which is outrageous.

I take the following meds for HBP and have for some time: Procardia, Enalapril, HCTZ, COREG (2x/day)and over the past three weeks have been drinking (coffee sized cup)one cup of unsweetened grape juice every day at 2 PM. My BP is almost to my physician's goal. Recently checked in his office: 120/62; A1C 6.4 and cholesterol pending. I am an adult onset non insulin diabetic(since 1978. Its worth trying grape juice if you can tolerate it. It has worked for me. Thanks.
