I started taking with flax oil for bone pain.. I have no more pain my quality of life has completely changed for the better. I am able to do things with my family. Very very very happy.....

It is difficult to assess the effectiveness of this med that I take w/calcium, D, magnesium. I take 300-600 mgs a day. I have had no problems that I am aware of w/ it. 2 I am hoping that it is helping.

My physician placed me on "establishment" drugs that caused severe side effects. When I took Ipraflavone and he re-tested me he was ASTONISHED at the improvement in my bone density.
