I had been experiencing a whole lot of problems with acne on my face. Most of the acne was around the left side of my jaw line area. I had those huge pimples that swell and have the yellow colored infection sitting inside and they were extremely painful. So I bought some bentonite clay that I used for a week - which was twice a day for three days then once a day for the next four days. I also switched to a veggie diet for a week since we were fasting at our church and I incorporated the basil albahaca as a seasoning and all of a sudden my face started looking clearer and more healthier. I was including fresh garlic and at least on grated carrot in my veggie diet. I have used garlic and carrots before and had never experienced such clear skin as when I included the basil albahaca (crushed leaves) seasoning. This is my second week and I have switched back to a regular diet incorporating meat in my food and I have only used it twice this week and I will probably not use it again for a while since one of the side effects said it can affect your liver. The uses of it said it is an oxidant, I guess that's why it has everything to do with clearing my face and making me look fresh, brighter and healthier. I will wait and see how my face fairs on without using it for a while, then maybe I can post another update.
