Contrary to some people's beliefs, use of BD is not harmful IF USED PROPERLY. Acetaminophen is deadly if abused as are most drugs. It clearly states in the warning NOT to mix it with any other substances. Doses should be moderated to begin and increased gradually for desired effect. Don't be irresponsible with this or any other drug and you'll be ok.

This substance is roughly like a superior form of alcohol and is a potent anti-anxiety drug. It has a mild-to-moderate empathogenic quality. On it's own, it has a mild psychedelic feel; in combination with ketamine (and presumably similar dissociative drugs), this quality is unmasked and a hyperpsychedelic state is achievable. The recreation dose to, what I'll call, the inevitable napping dose (which lasts ~30min-2hr long) is close. (I suspect this effect largely prevents the highly concerning behavior sometimes seen with heavy alcohol intake.) While the fatal dose doesn't appear to be highly concerningly close to the recreational dose compared to opiates, it's within sufficient range that careful dosing is necessary. While the following may not be safe for some individuals, regarding maximum reasonably safe dosages, the initial dose for many may be as high as 4ml with subsequent doses if taken ~1-1.5hrs after up to ~2ml. This drug is mildly caustic and allowing it to sit in your mouth (eg, by dripping this viscous liquid onto your tongue) may cause effects, especially after repeated doses, such as a tingling tongue.Read More Read Less

I’ve been taking BD daily for quite a while now. The dosage varies due to so many other factors (i.e. contents of stomach, sleep, other medications, mental state, health, weight) that you never know if you’ve taken too much until it’s too late. Benefits: huge ease of stress, lower anxiety, overall mood elevator and increased sexual desire. Drawbacks: increased body temperature(sweating) rapid breathing, excited behavior, inappropriate behavior, possible nausea, vomiting, loss of consciousness, loss of bladder control and bodily injury, dizziness, drowsiness Prolonged use: increase tolerance, dependency, restless leg syndrome, sleepwalking(body functions get stuck in a loop but completely unaware, blackouts, memory loss, mental fog and the worst in my opinion sleep paralysis (terrifying) Advice: Don’t risk it. If you insist don’t exceed 2mls, if you are skinny dont take it at all you will get sick and pass out, don’t take if you haven’t eaten in a while or right after you eat. NEVER take with alcohol or sedatives. Multiple doses build up in your system and one too many is like taking too much. Don’t be stupid and drive like I did. Keep your location on your phone. Don’t take it In public and let someone you trust know you’ve taken it. When you know you’ve overdone it tell SOMEONE Anyone. They won’t understand what’s wrong with you and maybe can help keep you safe. Summary You’re better off not taking BD or any form of GHB. *I am not a licensed health care person.
