Been trying many things over the years to treat my add which is of the overfocus type. Vinpocetine had been the best in increasing blood flow, memory, and attention without increasing blood pressure, adrenaline, anxiety or overfocus. It had improved mood, mental function, relationships and quality of life as a result. 20 to 30mg evenly spread across the day. Get a small capsule size and vary the d...

I have used a softgel of Ginkgo 120 mg and Vinpocetine 5mg with good results; so good that I thought I would add a higher dose of vinpocetine to the mix. I was afraid I was going to die! Chest pain and atrial fib. MORE IS NOT BETTER

I had no choice to buy this product when I purchased my Ginko Biloba at Costco it contained Vinpocetine. I have been having major menopause symptoms for years during what should be my monthly pms without menstrual cycles time, the major irritability, major hot flashes and night sweats. I've been taking over the counter , which by the way Estroblend wasn't working for me so I discovered the Walmart brand and it worked fairly decent. so when I purchased this Gingo Biloba I had just started this pms time of the month, with first night of night sweats. On the first night of starting this regimen the I noticed no sweating the next day I noticed the irritability seem to have dissipated, thought nothing of it. Checked on line for the insight of Vinpocetine, and voila the there it told me the miraculous benefits of this product. Don't know if went to my head after reading this info but four nights and days later better night sleep and no irritability. Oh and important enough I also to my surprise noticed I actually had some extra energy and even more memory. I can't believe it even started working as soon as it did, usually vitamins take at least a week to two st even take affect. Amazing Stuff!!!!! Read More Read Less

I am a 52 year old married nurse. Early menopause left me feeling foggy in my head. Memory issues were particularly distrubing for me. I started taking the product through a word of mouth recommendation. Once I researched it, I began taking the supplement about 5 years ago. My memory has dramaticly imporved, expecially were numbers are concerned. I don't plan to stop taking this product. It's affordable, easy to take, and it WORKS!!!

I'm new to it. But I am wondering how it interacts with a memory drug I am taking called "Namenda" Is it safe to continue taking? I'm taking 10mg a day, hoping to increase it to 20-30mg.

The treatment worked well; however, I had to discontinue taking the herb due to atrial fibrillation and severe itching. Unfortunately, I was allergice to Vinpocetine.
