I've been taking CholestePure along with Red Yeast Rice supplements for 3 months (1 capsule of each 2 x day). My cholesterol went from total 271 to 193. The bad one (LDL) went from 172 to 91. I've also cut back on red meat and cheese (2 of my favorites). I didn't totally avoid them but cut down to 1/2 of what I use to eat and substituted with more fish/chicken and 2 -3 servings of oatmeal a wee...
