This powdered LEAF significantly ameliorates my CHRONIC PAIN associated with: OSTEOARTHRITIS, HERNIATED DISK, SPINAL STENOSIS and severe FIBROMYALGIA--almost as effective as a correct opiate and just as effective as a Lyrica/Neurontin dose, but also melts away my ANXIETY and DEPRESSION. My mood, focus, energy, and productivity are all also elevated. I take between 2 to 2.5 grams of powdered the ...

Kratom has saved me from the depths of an opiate addiction and since then it continues to manage my chronic pain while staying opiate free. I would likely be another statistic if not for kratom. The side effects are mostly positive ones and the negative ones have much less weight than the side effects of prescription opiates.

I use ~3 grams of red-strain Kratom twice daily for chronic lower back and hip pain. I use it once in the morning when I wake up and once in the early afternoon for nearly pain free movement throughout the day. Without utilizing Kratom, I can barely bend to put my socks on in the morning and can focus on nothing but my pain throughout the day. I still occasionally need to utilize Ibuprofen and Acetaminophen in between doses or at bedtime for additional pain relief, but nothing close to using both daily every 4-6 hours.Read More Read Less

I have been using Kratom to manage chronic pain from a genetic condition. It makes it possible for me to work full time. It lowers pain and increases energy. I occasionally have minor digestive side effects, but nothing that has a negative impact on my life.

It has helped with my anxiety and OCD issues as well as helping me focus at work. I take small (1-1.5g) doses before work and at lunch. I am happier and more productive than before.

I take kratom daily for depression, anxiety, and occasionally pain. It is easy to "toss and wash" down the powdered leaf with water. If I have taken a lot for pain I sometimes have very mild withdrawal symptoms the next day, but it is completely manageable.

Great pain management for my back. It helps with anxiety and calming me down after a paint day.

Kratom has been amazing for minor aches and pains. It's natural and effective. Overdose causes nausea so you naturally will stay away from that. Its easy to measure ground kratom by spoonfuls and takes effect in about 10 mins.

Kratom helped me at first but then i realized i was addicted to it. It has its upsides but in all honesty, it’s dangerous. It’s hard to get off of and i think more research needs to be done.

I have HTN due to years of alcohol consumption. I was instructed by my doctor to give up booze, so I did. I substitute kratos when I feel like drinking and it curbs the craving. By BP is back to normal now.

I took kratom for a year to ease my back pain and try to quit drinking alcohol because I heard some people have had good success. It helped to reduce my drinking, and was amazing for my back pain. I recently stopped taking kratom because I don't want to be chemically dependant on anything. There were some mild withdrawals that lasted 3 days, not a big deal when compared to other pain medications. I love kratom. It's very affordable.
